Had a wonderful stay! We were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade by the friendly front desk staff, Syaiful, which made the experience even more special. The location is super convenient, with plenty of food and massage options just a short walk away. Breakfast offered a good variety and the Indonesian corner was a lovely touch. It would be even better with menu descriptions for guests to explore more easily. We also celebrated my husband’s birthday during the stay, about 6–8 F&B staff went the extra mile, singing birthday songs with such warm hospitality. Loved the hotel’s live band performance in the evening too, as it really added a great vibe to the overall experience. Would definitely come back!

our first time to the resort and we absolutely enjoyed ourselves and love it! the hotel is very convenient with kids-friendly amenities including the indoor playground with children’s activities / workshop for the kids. there are a few different pools to explore as well and beach nearby to play with sand. there is also a spa for adults to relax. overall a very suitable place for family with kids as well as anyone who wants to just chill and relax! also would like to mention that all the staff were very friendly and nice with excellent service. we will definitely go back again! the room itself is also very big and clean. twin room is suitable for 2 adults and 2 kids to sleep in.

Best stay with this hotel. But bad experience booked with trip.com. As we arrived for check in there was a problem, receptionist said they dont receive our booking from trip.com. After 15mins later, they found out my booking under *******. They offered me for other room because my room curently full. A bit happy because they offer for 2single beds extra n room upgrade for free. I really love the room. Very spacious. On 2nd day we got our room as we booked before. Anyway i really happy with this hotel. Thankyou.

Tôi đã làm đủ bài tập về nhà trước khi đặt phòng khách sạn. Nirwana thuộc khách sạn nghỉ dưỡng cũ của Bintan. Bên trong rất rộng và có khu biệt thự. Khu nghỉ dưỡng có hai bãi biển riêng🏖️Có rất ít người ở! Những bức ảnh thật tuyệt vời! Bốn nhà hàng (bao gồm nhà hàng nổi tiếng-Kuilong Seafood🦞) và một spa (cần đặt trước, giá vừa phải) Có xe đưa đón miễn phí (đến bến tàu bbt⛵️). Ngoài ra còn có xe đưa đón miễn phí trong resort nên bạn có thể đi bất cứ nơi nào bạn muốn. Nhân viên rất nhiệt tình ❤️Bạn có thể đổi tiền bằng cách nhận phòng ở căn phòng nhỏ bên cạnh, rất tiện lợi! Khách sạn cung cấp bữa sáng tự chọn miễn phí. Tôi không biết liệu chúng tôi có đến quá muộn hay không, nhưng sự đa dạng có vẻ hơi thiếu, nhưng không sao ~ Tôi rất vui khi có một bãi biển ~ Điều tồi tệ duy nhất là chất lượng làm sạch của nhà vệ sinh trong phòng cần phải được cải thiện. Bồn tắm, rèm tắm và vòi hoa sen đều có cảm giác bẩn. Tôi hy vọng họ có thể chú ý đến nó.

İt were great 4 days stay. We loved everythig. The stuff are amazing the check- in was smooth and light.We went on monsoon season so couldnt swim at the sea but it didnt bothered us, the swimming pools are clean and with nice sorrouding.You can use restaurant and swimming pool next door sister hotel and also book lovely dinners at Banyan tree hotel they will bring you to the restaurant with buggy.On our first evening we join the BBQ dinner and it was absolutely lovely and worth the money, food was great.Alsobook your SPA treatment we went twice with my son and iyit was perfect, the massage is professional and relaxing, the programs are nice variety amd the prices are reasonable.The only disappointing thing its a ferry from Singapore to Bintan during the monsoon season, so dizzy fizzy never felt that bad on a boat. Of course it şs nothing to do with the hotel.

My gf and me stayed here for our Batam trip last weekend. When we first entered our non-smoking room, there was a twinge of vape smell lingering in the air. The room was well spaced out with many useful amenities such as furniture, drinking water, kettle, etc. I find the wall shelf by the TV a nice and useful addition. Our TV doesn’t have Netflix but carry some local channels as well as CNA. Although the few electrical sockets in the room are universal adaptors, they feel a bit loose when plugged in. Aircon and bathroom amenities such as water pressure and hot shower all work smoothly. Our window overlooks the immediate neighbourhood and the room is relatively quiet throughout the stay. Sadly, I didn’t use their Wifi so can’t really comment on that. The hotel’s breakfast buffet had limited variety but the quality was good. The hotel is also at a convenient location within walking distance of two big malls, so plenty of food and entertainment! All the staff we encountered in this hotel was super friendly and helpful. We only had one keycard given to us during check-in so when I was accidentally stuck downstairs without a card, the lady at the concierge quickly made me a new one so I could get back to my room. The day after checking out of the hotel, I realised I lost my beloved earpods and whatsapp-ed the hotel in the slim hope of finding it back. Within minutes, I got a message from the concierge, accompanied with a picture of my lost item! I shall definitely return to stay with them again very soon ^^

Cần cải thiện hơn nữa *** Đã đến lúc thay vòi hoa sen Khăn trông đã cũ (quản lý) không may KHÔNG có Tivi trong Lều Glamping. May mắn thay chúng tôi đã mang theo máy tính xách tay của mình! ***** Đội ngũ nhân viên phục vụ rất xuất sắc, hầu hết đều rất thân thiện.. (Nhân viên trung tâm hoạt động xuất sắc, những người siêu thân thiện và vui vẻ) Công việc có thời hạn tuyệt vời! ****Tổ chức BBQ vào đêm thứ 2. Thức ăn rất ngon nhưng hầm thì ngắn lol.. nên chúng tôi phải ngồi trên một chiếc ghế ngắn thay vì đứng. **** Hệ thống âm thanh KTV tốt nhưng máy lạnh không thể điều chỉnh rất lạnh trong phòng. Was here for a company retreat. Location is really far from anything else, but I kinda like it this way. Its a double storey room, with a living area and a private pool on the first floor and the bedroom on the second. Bathroom area is huge, there is some smell at the shower area, think its the drainage issue, and the sick is a lottle rusty. But the wonderful and friendly staff of the resort make all these small imperfection, perfect! Good job to the team! Oh, i was surprise by the breakfast spread 😃 quite a good spread of local and western choices that i kinda overeat 🤣. And credit to the chef too! I had lunch and dinner at Azura, food taste good! Recommend for family and friends gatherings.
