We had a fantastic stay at The Unexpected Hotel in Ibiza! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and well taken care of. At check-in, we were pleasantly surprised with the option to upgrade our room—and we’re so glad we did! The upgraded room was spacious, stylish, and offered stunning views that truly elevated our experience. Even came with a hot tub on the balcony. The hotel itself lives up to its name in the best way—full of delightful surprises, from the chic decor to the vibrant atmosphere. Every detail was thoughtfully curated, and the service throughout our stay was exceptional. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a memorable and luxurious Ibiza getaway. Worth every penny. We’ll definitely be back!

Prima hotel aan het strand. Wij hadden kamer in bijgebouw met balkon aan de zeezijde. Keurige kamer met mooie badkamer. Ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid met heel veel keuze. Aan de strandzijde is prachtig maar geeft wel als nadeel dat er veel jongeren te horen zijn in de vroege morgen die hun stapavond afsluiten op het strand. Daar kan het hotel niets aan doen maar is wel handig om te weten. Zal alleen tijden hoogseizoen zijn vermoed ik. Zwembad wat klein maar heerlijk water. Gewoon meer dan prima hotel. Ohja: super service beneden bij de receptie. De dames spreken 5 talen en zijn niet te beroerd om iets te regelen.

What We Loved: Convenient Location: The hotel's proximity to the airport was a significant plus, making our arrival and departure smooth and hassle-free, especially when traveling with family. Impeccable Cleanliness: We were consistently impressed with the high standards of cleanliness throughout the hotel, from our room to the common areas. This attention to detail truly enhanced our stay. High-Quality Food: The quality of the ingredients used in the hotel's restaurants was evident in every meal. We thoroughly enjoyed the delicious and fresh food on offer. Exceptional Staff Service: The staff members we encountered were all incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. Their dedication to providing excellent service made us feel very welcome and well taken care of. Areas for Improvement: Restaurant Staffing: During peak meal times, we noticed that the main restaurants seemed understaffed, which unfortunately led to queues. Addressing this issue would significantly improve the dining experience for all guests. Limited Daytime Activities: While this may have been due to our visit being in the off-season, we felt that there could have been more activities offered during the day to keep guests entertained. Spa Inclusivity: We were a little disappointed that access to the spa was not included in the main room price, nor was there an option to add it as part of our package. Offering this as an inclusion or an add-on option would be a great enhancement. Negative Aspects to Report: We genuinely did not encounter any negative aspects during our stay. Overall: Despite the minor areas for improvement mentioned above, our family was extremely satisfied with our stay at this hotel.
