Arriving at the hotel, the employee behind the counter was very friendly. The hotel itself has a good location for when you are traveling. It’s pretty basic but has anything you need when roadtripping. It has a supermarket next to it and also a little fridge to keep drinks cold. It also has a tv with Google Chromecast so you can stream from your phone. The airco in the room did his work - which was needed, outside temperature was about 38/39 degrees - and the room looked clean. It was a spacious room but I think the room was also for disabled given the shower with aids. It was room number 1. We went to the Monegros Festival on Saturday and the hotel is located about 30 minutes from it so a perfect base to go from here. I would recommend. The hotel really could use an outside pool give the temperatures in Lleida in the summer but it is what it is …

Very nice hotel! The room was modern and clean, the stuff is very kind and allowed to check in a bit earlier, also helped me either some small requests and was very hospitable in general. I appreciate that a lot! Location is in walking distance from the metro station. There are different restaurants, cafes and supermarkets around. Breakfast was diverse and tasty, with a lot of choices like eggs, sausages, bacon, ham, cheese, vegetables, bakery etc.I recommend!

It’s located in the city center, we couldn’t find any other good hotels , room is small. Breakfast is simple. And parking was full so we have to find another parking lot which was a big trouble for us when it’s midnight.

Très bel hôtel qui propose un repas assez varié pour buffet et aussi pour le petit déjeuner. La chambre est spacieuse et bien insonorisée, le ménage n'était pas impeccable (quelques cheveux par si par là). Dans l'ensemble nous avons passé un bon séjour, nous n'avons pas pu profiter du jacuzzi sur la terrasse car certains stores n'étaient plus en place ce qui laissait pas mal de vis à vis.

This was the finest of experiences I have ever had at a hotel. Even before our trip had begun, the holiday vibe had already started, 2 weeks prior to our flight. A member of hotel reception staff at the B&B in Sant Cugat, a beautiful soul, a lady by the name of Maria Faatemah had won us over with her swift responses to our queries and concerns. The more we responded, the more our mind and hearts were at ease. Always polite and courteous with so much manners and always ready to help us with whatever we presented her with. 2 weeks fast forward - We were welcomed with her sincere wholesome smile and she already knew who we were as soon as she saw is approaching the reception desk. This is someone who is connected with herself and showed is compassion from the get-go. She served us as though she was the leader and she didn't let us feel uncomfortable even though we didn't speak much Spanish. She showed us to our room and told us to feel free to ask her should we need anything. We had a slight situation with our air-condition unit and within 10 minutes she had that resolved by giving us an extra room until the maintenance man fixes the A/C. The second room was beautiful and I slept their for 2 days and it was a great experience. Faatemah called taxi's for us, ordered food for us, she translated Spanish to English and she even guided us towards the best tourist spots. It really felt like she had gone above and beyond, at no extra cost. Even the kids were saying they wanted to buy her something as a thank you present for her amazing service and beautiful mannerism. Faatemah was incredibly professional, compassionate and offered such a lovely service that we all fell in love with Spain (Barcelona) and would love to go back, just for experiencing this service again. Faatemah is much more than a lady behind the reception desk and I hope you all the best in the future and I hope you progress to become something bigger and better and that others are also receptive enough to appreciate you. Hotel is amazing for stay and there overall services are amazing, they maintain cleanliness and everyday when we can go back to our room our rooms were tidy and spotless. I enjoyed my stay there , the only thing is this hotel is outside Barcelona city so you have to take bus from the 5 min walk from the hotel and go to nearest metro which is fabra I pug and then you have to get metro to get In Barcelona city to view all attractions which is time consuming but overall it was great trip and we had fun. Staff is really helpful and they guide you correctly on any Information you need. I definitely recommend this hotel for stay.

Awesome stay. Very close to the metro. The water station can dispense still and sparkling water. Very nice. We stay in this hotel for 2 portion of our trip. They do not refill the coffee and tea everyday. But you can ask for it. I want to commend Pablo at the front desk as well who went above and beyond in helping us.

Loved the double room booked. Clean and with all facilities. Staff were great! Location too is at its best! Thank you. We will be back.
