The Hoxton, Poblenou

Fantastic service and the outlets were outstanding. Loved the bar in the ground floor. Team members were fantastic

Stayed in Hoxton London before and here felt even more right at home. What marred the experience was housekeeping on the day before last. The housekeeping staff did a rush job and forgot to empty the bin, provided a bathroom mat, replenished toilet paper and worst still, somehow they knocked a book off the chair and slightly damaged the corner. It may seem trivial for non-book lovers but it’s a gift as well. The front desk staff has made amends when we checked out. I’d still highly recommend The Hoxton though the incident was a bit baffling.

There is no gym, there are no wardrobes in the room, we had our cloth on the floor, the pool is tiny (do not trust the picture, the breakfast does not offer any fish such as salmon and sometimes croissants were 2 days old. On the positive side they offer free bikes to rent which gets you to the beach and the staff is nice

lovely stay at the Hoxton. Amazing staff, great views, very nice breakfast.

Thanks so much for the team who accommodated our needs during our stay. Your kindness, service and smile made our trip in BCN even more beautiful! We'll definitely be back to the Hoxton Poblenou when we come back to BCN!

Room WiFi didn’t work for us for the entire week as we were in a corner room, IT guys came a couple of times and went MIA for a couple of times as well. No goodwill gesture or sincere apologies from the team. The reception team was pushing the responsibility to the IT team that unfortunately did nothing much. We had to use our own eSIM data for entire 8 days when we were at the hotel. Shower’s drainage has issues and was resolved for a few days before resurfacing.

Enjoyed our time thoroughly at this hotel. The only issue we had was the slow draining of the shower. But other than that, we enjoyed the room, rooftop lounge, and the amazing receptionists! Would stay here again

A very cool hotel with a lovely design and comfort in rooms! Amazing

Amazing hotel in a good area, great vibes. It might be too far for sightseeing but still worth it!
