The hotel is small, run by some very friendly and helpful guys. Our room was big enough, very basic with a small TV, desk, tiny balcony and shower room. If we were just talking about the room and hotel itself, I would highly recommend it for the price. The location is great for the train stations. Apart from that the neighborhood is not great. There were *********** stood on the street outside our window and there were human faeces in the street. This isn't the fault of the hotel, but I feel that I should tell people as for some this may ruin their trip.

Sáng phải bắt chuyến bay nên tôi chọn chuyến gần sân bay, ra ga trung tâm bắt tàu cũng dễ vì buổi sáng chỉ phải đi bộ xuống dốc 30 phút và đường thì không. nguy hiểm thế! Và nếu thời tiết đẹp, con đường thực sự rất đẹp vào buổi sáng. Ngoài ra, vì cơ sở này mới được xây dựng gần đây nên phòng tắm sạch sẽ và ga trải giường cũng sạch sẽ. Các nhân viên rất thân thiện và tôi đã có một kỳ nghỉ tốt.

Cách ga khoảng 15 phút đi bộ. Giữa ga có siêu thị đẹp, quán giặt và cửa hàng pizza ngon, bên cạnh có một chuỗi thuốc, vị trí tuyệt vời. Phòng rộng, được dọn dẹp hàng ngày, có sân thượng rộng hơn rất thoải mái. Không chỉ ở Naples mà ở Pompei, Salaino → Amalfi → Potaginio → Solanto, nhưng Amalfi và Potagino đông quá, nên một chuyến đi từ Naples một ngày thật tuyệt. Do không có nhân viên ở thì cần nhận phòng vào giờ chỉ định nhưng lưu ý là không mở được trừ khi gọi điện. Sau khi tất cả tôi không liên lạc với marathon, khách sạn đã hủy vào ngày hôm đó, không hoàn lại được nên hơi không kiên nhẫn.

L'hotel è in una buona posizione calcolando che ci siamo fermati per interrompere il viaggio dalla Calabria a Roma ma non ci siamo sentiti accolti ma soprattutto non ci è piaciuto il fatto che per accedere alla wifi occorre dare i propri dati personali privati e non si possono escludere i cookies. Il personale non sapeva che pesci prendere e non ci ha aiutato. Conclusione la wifi non abbiamo potuto utilizzarla.

Сальваторе дал очень много полезной информации о пребывании и о самой вилле. Вилла имеет интересную историю свыше 300 лет. Пусть вас не пугают ообшарнпанные стены и лестница. Внутри этих номеров очень чисто, приятно и современно. Номер был просторный для 3 человек и имел балкончик. Из не очень приятных моментов: ночью шумновато из-за машин, проезжающих под окнами. И очень прохладно в номере. Мы брали дополнительные одеяла. Обогреватель был выставлен на 19 градусов, но он работал ровно 30 секунд и сам отключался. Температура в номере была сил но ниже 19 градусов. Ещё не понравилось, что непромокаемая попона под простыней Больше напоминала клеенку И шуршала под нами. В любом случае, расположение очень удобное и Сальваторе очень отзывчивый. Рекомендую!

EEvdokimoffThe room is comfortable, the bed is comfortable, the air conditioning works great, there is a safe in the room.Cons: the hotel does not live up to its stated star rating, if it is 4 stars, then it is very old and unloved by the owner: the cows in the elevator require replacement or dry cleaning, the elevator itself falls in when you enter it, the second elevator almost always does not work. The toilet in the room is constantly running, you have to press the flush button many times, otherwise it flows without stopping. There are no disposable toothbrushes in the room, shampoo is added every day, and body lotion only once. All the dishes in the room, except for the kettle, are disposable, there are no forks or knives in the room. The TV is old, having turned it on once, we were unable to turn it off - it does not respond to the remote control, when you take out the card it turns off, but turns on when you insert it. In front of the central entrance to the hotel there is an old fountain, which is therefore turned on in the evening, as a result, even on the 4th floor you cannot enjoy the view from the balcony during a pleasant conversation - the fountain is so noisy that you can hear it even in headphones - my sympathy for the guests of the 2nd and 3rd floors. The pool is small and shallow, the umbrellas by the pool almost do not create shade, and the sun loungers are always occupied by towels and books thrown on them - this clearly demonstrates the poor work of the staff - in any decent place it is the staff that fights this in order to avoid conflicts. The staff at the reception is demonstratively reserved, the feeling is that you are at an official's reception, but not in your hotel. But the biggest disappointment is their beach. Firstly, it was not stated anywhere that it was paid for guests, but ok, they call it a beach club, and such establishments are usually worth their money, but not in this case - here for money you get an old sunbed with an umbrella and a paid shower, it seems there is no toilet at all. The umbrella is very small and almost does not provide shade. They have a system for guests - but it constantly hangs, at the reception there is an old cheap computer, which costs less than 1 day of their services. We tried to order food and drinks through their system, the first time it is difficult to do, you can change the goods in the basket only by going to the reception, which was what I had to do, after which I sent the order there, 19 minutes later they told me that the kitchen was closed, it was noon!!! The beach itself is more like a lake beach: black sand gets dirty easily, plus the pebbles are unpleasant for your feet, and it gets so hot that you can't go to the water without shoes, even the neighboring clubs have solved this problem and made decks, the Panorama Club doesn't care about guests, but you can smoke here, which is what mothers with babies do, not really reacting to comments. It is stated that the beach club is open until 8 p.m., but yesterday, July 17, a certain Vincenzo, in a red lifeguard T-shirt and cheap glasses, announced to the entire beach that the beach was closing at 6:15 p.m., explaining that he was tired of working. We already had a restaurant booked for the 19th, which Vincenzo will never get into, but it's not about the boy Vincenzo, it's about the disgusting management of the beach club. All the neighboring beach clubs worked until at least 20:00, and there were fewer people in them than before. All this splendor cost us €1200 for 3 nights, which of course does not even come close to what we got. In general, I do not recommend this hotel, and especially the beach club, I wish the owners to carry out a major overhaul and teach the staff to communicate with guests, and turn off the fountain at 6 pm!

MMarcos 305We recently stayed at the Hotel Royal Continental in Naples from January 7 to January 9, 2025, and our overall experience was very positive. Location & Safety The hotel is located in one of the safest and most touristic areas of Naples, right on Via Partenope, facing the sea and Castel dell'Ovo. Naples, as a city, is still evolving into a true tourist destination. The city is making significant improvements to attract more visitors, and you can feel that transition happening. This particular area where the hotel is located feels very safe, thanks to continuous police presence. We saw officers patrolling on foot and by car at all hours of the day and night, which gave us peace of mind. The neighborhood is also filled with excellent restaurants offering a wide range of quality food at reasonable prices. Of course, not every place is great, but there are many good options within walking distance. Additionally, the historic center and most major tourist attractions are within walking distance from the hotel. You can take a leisurely stroll and reach the main sights in under an hour. Room & Comfort The seafront location of the hotel is outstanding. The view from our room was beautiful, and we loved opening the panoramic window to let in the fresh sea breeze in the morning and evening. It’s a wonderful way to start and end your day. The room itself was comfortable and well-maintained, with a level of luxury comparable to a 4-star European hotel. However, it's important to note that European hotel standards are different from those in the U.S.. By American standards, this hotel would be closer to a 3-star property. Despite this, the housekeeping staff did a great job cleaning the room daily and replacing towels. Service & Atmosphere The hotel staff is professional and polite, but interactions felt a bit robotic and mechanical. It seemed like they were following routines rather than making genuine connections with guests. That said, room cleanliness was good, and we appreciated the attention to detail in that regard. One thing that stood out is the hotel’s nostalgic 1950s vibe. The hotel seems proud of its mid-century charm, which they promote through signs and advertisements around the property. If you enjoy that type of retro atmosphere, you’ll appreciate this hotel. Breakfast Experience The breakfast at the hotel was excellent. The dining room overlooks the sea, which makes for a lovely breakfast setting. There are several breakfast stations with a wide variety of options, and the food quality was great. Waiters clean the tables and take care of guests throughout breakfast service, which adds a nice touch. We were very satisfied with the overall breakfast experience. Final Thoughts Overall, Hotel Royal Continental is a solid choice for staying in Naples. The location is its biggest strength, offering stunning views, proximity to restaurants, and easy access to the historic center. it provides a comfortable and memorable experience with beautiful sea views and a nostalgic atmosphere. Would we stay here again? Yes, for the views, location, and breakfast!

After confirming the booking and arriving are the area the owner disappears for hours, doesn’t answer texts or phone calls and doesn’t leave anybody in the property to check us in we had to plead with locals to help us get the owners phone number. In addition, when we checked us we had to deal with non English speakers (how do you rent properties internationally without being able to communicate?) and also demanded tax payment in cash even though they carried no change so we ended up paying more than needed. Property itself very nice and clean but I recommend to stay away.

We were told there would be valet service - there was none. The bus boys just told us to park ourselves. FINE. Then after I've checked in I asked if the luggage will be sent up to our room - reception then asked if I got a luggage ticket to which I told him we weren't given anything. The bus boys just stood around the entrance. He said they would be sent up shortly but given how they were just standing around we just took our luggage ourselves - mind you I am 6 months pregnant and obviously so but they did not offer any help. Once we got to our room the air conditioning was not working - we kept dialing it down but there was no air. Amazing to find out the AC wasn't working for the price we paid. The room is stuffy and even the hallway was cooler. Also during our stay there was conference - we were given a room on the same floor as conference participants and as expected they were loud and rowdy at night. We could hear them talking in the hallway at night when we called reception they said there was nothing they can do. So very helpful. Upon check out, the same bus boy stood around while watching a pregnant lady wheel 4 pieces of luggage out. I really just wonder what they do other than standing around all day hanging in the shade. Service is terrible here and I've had better service at small boutique or family run hotels than here. The only upside to this stay was that the rooms are spacious and clean and that's about it.

It offers a quieter and more practical alternative to staying in the more crowded tourist areas, while still providing easy access to key destinations. The room was comfortable, with a balcony that provided a good view. The ground floor common areas are spacious and well laid out, creating a pleasant environment to relax outside of the room. Breakfast is consistent and enjoyable, with items such as hot chocolate and a well-prepared cheese omelette. The staff are friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout the stay. Housekeeping is reliable, with rooms cleaned daily and maintained to a good standard. The hotel also provides a private car park at a reasonable rate of 15 euros per day, which is particularly convenient for those driving in the region. There is a lift available, making it easy to access rooms with luggage. Amenities are very good overall, contributing to a comfortable and well-managed stay. TTài khoản kháchI would think with the pictures showing a pool and daybeds these would be free but when we got there they told us they are 15euro each day to use even though we are hotel guests. The reason we chose a hotel with a pool rather than paying for 1 at the beach. Very disappointed. The showers are very small we aren’t big people and found it hard showering. Balcony was good as could rinse clothes and dry outside but just placed over the chairs. No kettle in the room but can get free coffee with breakfast. Breakfast was included which was great. Scrambled eggs, ham, cheese, danishes, juice and coffee. Location was great coming off the ferry as right at the port with luggage. If going to town it’s a big stair case up to the top or you can walk along the beach to the lift down the road which is 2 euro to use. The bar upstairs has amazing sunsets, lovely watching the sun go down and they have a DJ playing lovely slow singing music which all generations could enjoy. The drinks are slightly priced at the bar though. The restaurant at bottom of hotel was great. 7 euro Margherita pizza and you get 10% off being a hotel guest. I would probably next time stay in town as closer to everything but I like walking and hiking for exercise so the big staircase worked for me but wouldn’t for lots of people. I think the hotel may of said they have free taxi to town but not 100 % sure.
