Vị trí rất tốt với chợ ẩm thực n*** cạnh khách sạn và nhiều spa/mát-xa gần đó và có thể đi bộ đến các trung tâm mua sắm (rất gần trung tâm mua sắm BCS và chỉ cách Trung tâm thương mại Grand Batam 8 - 10 phút đi bộ). Khu ẩm thực A2 cũng ở gần đó. Với vị trí tập trung, việc di chuyển đến nhiều nơi rất nhanh chóng và rẻ. Chắc chắn là một điểm cộng cho vị trí của nó. Bữa sáng miễn phí của khách sạn rất tốt, một số đồ ăn nguội, họ sẽ hâm nóng n*** cho bạn nếu bạn yêu cầu; còn có trứng, cháo, lontong và prata nữa. Đối với mức giá thấp, chúng tôi đã trả tiền phòng, không có khiếu nại. Phòng Suite gia đình rất lớn! Đối với những người yêu thích spa/mát-xa sang trọng, vui lòng ghé thăm Amartha Spa & Massage tại khách sạn - hãy chiều chuộng và bạn sẽ thích nó! Chúng tôi rất hài lòng với kỳ nghỉ của chúng tôi. Chắc chắn sẽ đặt khách sạn này một lần nữa.

Had a wonderful stay! We were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade by the friendly front desk staff, Syaiful, which made the experience even more special. The location is super convenient, with plenty of food and massage options just a short walk away. Breakfast offered a good variety and the Indonesian corner was a lovely touch. It would be even better with menu descriptions for guests to explore more easily. We also celebrated my husband’s birthday during the stay, about 6–8 F&B staff went the extra mile, singing birthday songs with such warm hospitality. Loved the hotel’s live band performance in the evening too, as it really added a great vibe to the overall experience. Would definitely come back!

This is my favourite hotel to stay whenever I visit Batam Location is excellent with less than 5 mins walk along the covered walkway from Harbour Bay ferry to hotel without being subjected to hot sun or rain. Within 10 mins walk are a stretch of restaurants from seafood to fusion and bistro concepts Staffs from security, reception and service crew from Cirtuz Restaurant which serves amazing buffet breakfast to even the housekeeping crew are polite, helpful and friendly Only wish that there is at least a half panel at the shower area to prevent water from splashing out of the shower area

I recently stayed at Harris Hotel Batam and was thoroughly impressed by my experience. The hotel's location is simply outstanding—situated right next to the Batam Center Ferry Terminal, it’s incredibly convenient for travelers, especially those arriving from Singapore. I appreciated how easy it was to check in and head directly to my room without any hassle. One of the highlights of my stay was the excellent sea view from my room. Waking up to the sight of the water was refreshing and set a lovely tone for each day. Additionally, being directly opposite Mega Mall was a delightful bonus. With a plethora of dining and shopping options just a short walk away, I had plenty to explore, from local eateries to international food chains. The international breakfast spread at the hotel was impressive, featuring a wide array of dishes including delicious local Indonesian options as well as familiar Western choices. Whether it was the mouthwatering nasi goreng or the variety of fresh fruits available, I loved starting my day with such a hearty meal. I also want to commend the hotel staff for their friendliness and attentiveness. I requested a non-smoking, quiet room upon check-in, and they went out of their way to accommodate my needs, ensuring that my stay was as comfortable as possible. Their warm service certainly enhanced the experience. While my room was slightly dated, it was generally clean, and the comfortable bed made for restful nights. The slight age of the furnishings didn’t detract from my overall satisfaction with the stay. In summary, Harris Hotel Batam strikes a perfect balance between convenience, comfort, and hospitality. The strategic location, scenic views, excellent breakfast, and responsive staff make it a solid choice for anyone visiting Batam. I would not hesitate to recommend it and look forward to returning in the future!

My gf and me stayed here for our Batam trip last weekend. When we first entered our non-smoking room, there was a twinge of vape smell lingering in the air. The room was well spaced out with many useful amenities such as furniture, drinking water, kettle, etc. I find the wall shelf by the TV a nice and useful addition. Our TV doesn’t have Netflix but carry some local channels as well as CNA. Although the few electrical sockets in the room are universal adaptors, they feel a bit loose when plugged in. Aircon and bathroom amenities such as water pressure and hot shower all work smoothly. Our window overlooks the immediate neighbourhood and the room is relatively quiet throughout the stay. Sadly, I didn’t use their Wifi so can’t really comment on that. The hotel’s breakfast buffet had limited variety but the quality was good. The hotel is also at a convenient location within walking distance of two big malls, so plenty of food and entertainment! All the staff we encountered in this hotel was super friendly and helpful. We only had one keycard given to us during check-in so when I was accidentally stuck downstairs without a card, the lady at the concierge quickly made me a new one so I could get back to my room. The day after checking out of the hotel, I realised I lost my beloved earpods and whatsapp-ed the hotel in the slim hope of finding it back. Within minutes, I got a message from the concierge, accompanied with a picture of my lost item! I shall definitely return to stay with them again very soon ^^

Phòng sạch sẽ nhưng hơi có mùi, có mùi ẩm mốc. AC rất lạnh nhưng không có đủ nước nóng và bồn rửa hơi bị tắc. Bữa sáng khá đa dạng và ngon miệng, ngoại trừ món cháo gà rất ngon. Thật không may, hồ bơi đang được bảo trì mặc dù đó là điều gia đình đang chờ đợi.

The room is clean and well-kept. The daikin aircon is cool but a bit noisy.. Not sure if it's the water or heater but showering is quite an adventure. All in all, I am especially pleased with the concierge and the doormen - they are fab, friendly, and pleasant. There's a safe in the cupboard. It would be nice if they have a charcoal bag to absorb all the funky odors from clothing after a night out at A2 food center less than 300 meters away from BCH.

Check in was a breeze. Very thoughtful service by staff to plan the decor and celebration of our Anniversary! This is what truly stands out for Swiss-Bel as compared to other big & new hotels in Batam, though the hotel is much older and needs some refurbishment especially the toilet with some unpleasant smells. Food buffet is not bad and rather delicious but variety across days can be further improved and they can consider serving Indomie for breakfast buffet! Kudos once again to the thoughtfulness of the customer service enjoyed in our stay!
