Wir waren 12 Tage im cocotinos und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Personal ist einfach Klasse , super freundlich , alle Wünsche wurden erfüllt. Wir hatten sehr viel Spaß, mehrere Ausflugsziele kann mann von dort aus gut erreichen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön gelegen und bietet vollste Entspannung. Sie ist nicht nur zur Durchreise geeignet. Kleiner Tipp, ich bin noch nie mit so vielen Schildkröten geschnirchelt. Ganz lieben Dank an die wundervollen , freundlichen Mitarbeiter.Wir können es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

If you’re foreigner or maybe national tourist, you may consider about the privacy and comfort here. This hotel are really great with the beauty of the nature, but it ruined with the local guest. You’ll see some guest smoking in not smoke area as such as pool, the poorest is, hotel staff do nothing with it, even though there are big sign of no smoking there. The worst are you will hear very loud annoying music around 6.am, and the funniest is the music used just by some people were doing zumba near guest room. And when asking for help to hotel guest, we get answer “there are scheduled zumba”, how tf, guest will know there will be scheduled zumba. To be fair, cleanliness is good, food are average.

Great looking lobby with plenty of seats for waiting and nice view from the room. All old wooden furniture and old sanitary ware and bath need improvement. No electric socket nearby the bed or desk; need to switch off the lamp instead. Service is very slow. Wait for the laundry pickup for 2hr. Cleanliness need definitely an improvement. There is a plenty of hair on the room floor and bathroom. Housekeepers keep talking loudly front of the guest room without cares the guest's privacy. Only few staffs can speak English. Can be noisy as it is surrounded by two main roads. But the price is reasonable in overall Ear plug is recommended at this place. Wifi okay

From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we knew this was going to be a memorable stay. First and foremost, the staff at Tahuna Beach Hotel deserve all the praise in the world. They were not just attentive, but genuinely caring and went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of our stay was perfect. Whether it was the friendly greetings at the front desk, the impeccable service from the kitchen team, or the extraordinary gesture from the general manager who even provided transportation for us in his own car to the pier area for our next destination, every interaction left us feeling valued and welcomed. Despite their limited English proficiency, the staff's dedication shone through in every interaction. -I encountered a mishap during my trek to Mount Awu, where I misplaced my instant camera. A local found it, and with the help of Gilbert, one of the hotel staff members, the camera was safely retrieved and ensured it was in good condition. Additionally, when I slipped while trekking, my local guide called Gilbert, who promptly drove himself to arrange for me to be transported back to the hotel, ensuring my safety and well-being.These acts of kindness and exceptional service truly made my stay at Tahuna Beach Hotel and Resort unforgettable. Favehotel is easily the best and most reliable place to stay in Bitung. The rooms are clean, modern, and comfortable, with friendly staff who make you feel welcome. Their breakfast is surprisingly good with plenty of choices to start the day right. It’s also the only hotel in Bitung with a swimming pool, which is perfect for relaxing after work or exploring. Overall, the only true hotel standard in the city.

Always stay at this hotel visiting Manado Next to shopping malls and eatery places the staff are excellent for their services for my entire stay at the hotel and had good breakfast in the morning with lots of variety to choose from. Will recommend this hotel to others

The location is excellent, and although I had to wait an additional hour for my sea view room, it was completely worth it. The staff at both the reception and breakfast areas were extremely friendly, and my room was spacious and clean—perfect for a solo traveler
