I volunteer each year , but my daughter was never there before & at her suggestion we stayed in Ibis. Was v pleased with location for starters and we could go down steps & towards Grotto. However suddenly lady tapped me on shoulder to warn me that my bag open - back pack which I bought for trip. Immediately I knew - I would never leave a back pack open/ Panic set in quickly & I found all my walled, bank cards & mobile phone - so my good sense left me too & I just turned around and back to IBis. Up in my room I did not have a phone , but was too upset & just knew straight to police. With that - knock on door. It was Christophe from reception. He had got a call from a shop - St Joseph's under bridge entering San Michelle gates. My little holder with all my bank cards, details, my mobile, any cash also. So we quickly rushed down there to be handed my wallet & phone. They were such a sweet couple. Cash was taken but thank Our Lady the cards remained. I could not say enough about Christophe & Nathalie. They really cared & I did not need police. So I could only say IBIS staff were wonderful. People is the reason for going back to Lourdes and the bad ones drive everyone away. So I am voting for your staff on that account

Hotel have great location and just walk distance to Lourdes Sanctuary. Receptions staff friendly and quick response with our request. We have experience the aircon does not work in the afternoon and water heater does not work in the early morning. Hope they could better in the future.

Instead, we had to use a digital check-in system to obtain codes for both the building and our room. As there were two of us, the system required separate details and email addresses for each guest before issuing the code, which was frustrating after a long journey. The restaurant next door was closed (it doesn’t open on weekends or public holidays), so we had to walk over a mile to find food, which wasn’t ideal late in the evening. The air conditioning was ineffective, it made a lot of noise but didn’t actually blow any cool air. We ended up opening the windows, but it was a very hot night, so this didn’t help much. The bedding wasn’t 100% cotton, which made it uncomfortable in the heat. Finally, the shower was extremely small and wouldn’t be suitable for a larger person. No carpets in the rooms.

Small simple room but all that I needed. No lack of kettle but I was allowed to get hot water from the eating area. Very close to railway station and under 10 minutes walk to the river. Plenty of eating places around Very good value

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel , very beautiful and neat 👌 and the staff very helpful. I will visit again definitely 💯 And i hope to fine Apart city at every part of Europe 👌 Easy access to almost everywhere , beach , shops and all 🫡 words can’t express how happy i am with the service. Kitchen is fully equipped .

Posizione eccezionale a circa 150m dal santuario, circondato da tanti locali e ristoranti. Di fronte all’hotel è possibile prendere in prestito le sedie a rotelle, qualora ci fossero persone disabili. Buona la colazione internazionale. Personale gentile e disponibile. Lo consiglio e ci tornerò sicuramente.

Everything with the hotel is excellent. Check in staff and house keeping are nice. One thing needs consideration is to resume provisions of bath mat in the shower room. Its a safety measurements. The bath tub is slippery when the shower is on. Amenities like toothpaste, tooth brush, slippers could be saved but safety measurements could not be sacrifice.
