Không đủ quầy làm thủ tục nhận/trả phòng. Chúng tôi đã đặt thêm một phòng ngủ và cần yêu cầu chuẩn bị và cung cấp vật dụng sau khi nhận phòng. Bữa sáng có hạn và chủ yếu là đồ nguội, và quầy mì nên linh hoạt hơn để đáp ứng nhu cầu của khách. Có lẽ nên cân nhắc việc phục vụ thịt xông khói như một điểm khởi đầu. Thật ngạc nhiên khi một khách sạn 5 sao lại không có kênh phim tiếng Anh. Nhà hàng dim sum 5/F rất ngon. Nhân viên nhìn chung thân thiện.

Đây là lần đầu tiên tôi đến Studio City. Tôi đi cùng trẻ em và người già. Lý do chính là trẻ em vui chơi trong nhà vui chơi. Tiện nghi của phòng khách sạn rất tốt. khá lỗi thời. Nước tắm không đủ mạnh. Nhiều phòng không có bồn tắm, nhưng nhân viên tại quầy. Việc nâng cấp chúng tôi lên phòng Tháp Eiffel là rất tốt, mặc dù điều đó không đúng. The hotel was very good and staff friendly but in the last day we needed to go to Mainland through Zhuhai train station and we asked them to help us with taxi but was very crowded and in the end suggested us to take a publicbus but the instructions were not very clear and we almost lost the train. We waited a lot at the bus stop very crowded. We preferred that they suggest other options like free shuttle bus from casinos that they will bring you to the train station

We had a wonderful stay at this charming hotel, its kept immaculately clean. The staff were friendly and helpful, and our room was surprisingly spacious and quiet. Location not very convenient to reach but perfect for exploring macau peninsula, offering great value for money. Lobby smell good and fresh, but the hallway to the rooms smell like old carpet. Yes it's not a new hotel but consider the rates affordable so I think worth it. Overall Royal hotel is good and recommended
