When I read the reviews, I wasn’t sure if I should stay here—but in the end, I’m so grateful I made this amazing decision. I was traveling alone and prefer a slower pace rather than rushing from one tourist spot to another. I originally booked for three days but ended up extending my stay by one more night because I absolutely loved the environment here. Transportation: If you’re using INDRIVE, the correct location to input is Pyramisa Isis Island pick-up point. However, on Google Maps, you can also navigate to Travel with Weso—it’s the same place. From there, wait for the shuttle boat, which comes about every 10 minutes. The ride to the hotel takes around 7 minutes. During my stay, I visited Abu Simbel Temple and Philae Temple, but you need to first take the shuttle boat back to the city to start those trips. Service: Huge thanks to Manager Christine. After a 12-hour train ride to get here, her warm smile and kind service made me feel instantly at home. She arranged an early check-in and even upgraded my room to one with a beautiful balcony overlooking the Nile. The front desk staff were also incredibly friendly. The whole experience was so touching that on my last night, I had tears in my eyes as I passed the reception. They noticed, and when I got back to my room, I received a call just to check in on me. During breakfast, the servers were attentive and often engaged in light conversation, which made the whole experience feel warm and relaxing. Facilities: As mentioned in other reviews, the facilities are a bit dated. But in my personal experience, the cleanliness was acceptable. Previously, I stayed in a Pyramid View room at Mena House in Cairo, and honestly, I found the cleanliness to be similar. Perhaps it wasn’t great in the past, but maybe they’ve improved. The breakfast is buffet-style with a modest but sufficient variety: about 5–6 types of bread, a salad section, hot dishes, and beverages. Sailing Experience: This was the highlight of my stay, and I highly recommend it. Ask for Captain SAFI—a reliable and professional Nubian sailor. You can find him right next to the hotel’s dock, so there’s no need to go all the way into town to book a sailboat. These boats serve only hotel guests, so the service quality is excellent. Just agree on a price you’re comfortable with—there’s no hard selling. Even better, they are happy to tailor the experience to your preferences, including timing and what kind of scenery you’d like to see. I love the Nile, so I ended up doing four days of sailing. • On the first day, I enjoyed a one-hour sunset cruise. • On the second day, I swam in the shallow waters of the Nile for two hours, then visited a Nubian village, returning to watch the sunset on the river. • On the third day, Captain SAFI introduced me to beautiful water-bound trees and I swam again. I later found out they even offer full-day trips where you can drift along the Nile on the sailboat—but sadly, I was about to leave. These few days were deeply immersive and serene. The gentle, peaceful Nile has become one of the most special and unforgettable memories of my life. I’m especially thankful to the thoughtful Captain SAFI for such a wonderful experience. ⭐️ I hope those of you choosing to stay here will fully experience the magic of the Nile. Pros The hotel facilities were absolutely beautiful with an amazing view. Traditional Nubian style house. Every corner makes you want to capture the space. We had a rocky start but the hotel staff tried to redeem themselves. We lost an apple watch which the hotel helped us get back ASAP before we reached Luxor. We are grateful for this. Cons Awful communication and hospitality. We were the only guests in the entire resort because of low season but still received shitty service. The hotel is in a secluded place making it difficult to reach.It’s on top of a mountain on a dusty rocky road. The hotel offers a tuktuk. We did our research prior and contacted the hotel to arrange getting to the hotel from the village and check in since we knew we’d land in the AMs. We were ignored. We arrived at the village meeting point at 1:45 but only ended up getting to our rooms around 3:50am because reaching the hotel via call and WhatsApp was so difficult. The staff had no sense of urgency. We were frustrated and anxious in this wellness resort. Our taxi driver refused to take us up the mountain and the tuktuk refused to take us because of our many bags (which is understandable). I’m very disappointed in the service and I know the staff has lots of potential to improve on their service delivery. The hotel needs to be more cognisant of their customer service and guests hospitality. Staying here was stressful. Recommended if you want aesthetic vibes,a beautiful picturesque hotel with good breakfast. Don’t recommend if you prioritise great guest services, comfortability and peace.

We had an absolutely AMAZING TIME! From our airport pick up (which I recommend). Even though it was 2am we were still greeted with fantastic Hibiscus tea from Edres he was fantastic. We were shown around even at that time. In the morning we asked for a call to see the sunrise and that was fantastic as well. In the morning we had a great typical breakfast and then a fantastic tour as well. Rowan and Aya also were wonderful. I would recommend this place to see the true Aswan and tour the Nubian Village. Also, the lunch was fantastic as well. Next time we want to spend more time. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

這是我第一次會如此願意並且想要推薦一家酒店。 雖然距離市區有點遠，但是indrive打車很方便，會直接送到整個度假村的前台。 辦理入住的時間段有點忙碌，但是前台工作人員Alaa, Sara和其他人都非常友好和高效，同時Marvel也過來和我熱情交流。他們都非常專業地回答我各種各樣的問題，這是給好評的第一個原因。 我比原計劃的入住時間早到了一個小時，所以我決定體驗一下他們的天然精油全身按摩。從酒店前台會有免費穿梭巴士送過去療養中心，叫做MGM。Nadia非常和藹和專業地為我介紹了項目，並且為我準備了所有的物品。按摩期間也很舒適，合適的價格，完美的服務。 按摩結束後回房間，行李已經給我送到了房間。非常細心！！！ 房間裏很舒適，衞生也非常乾淨。我沒有找到可以讓我挑剔的地方，而且純天然的洗護用品非常好用！！！ 然後我去體驗了一下免費的泳池，有冷熱水兩個池，面對尼羅河，風景很好，泳池狀況維護得也很好。 然後應Marvel的邀請，參加了一個免費贈送給我的yoga的體驗課程，來自哥倫比亞的瑜伽大師，為我們帶來了一場極致的聲音體驗和身體放鬆。很特別，非常震撼。 晚上回房間休息，床品很舒適，環境也很安靜。 唯一後悔的事情就是，我衹計劃了在阿斯旺停留兩天一晚，要不然我真的很想在這裏多休息幾天！ 非常好的一個度假村，五星推薦！

RẤT KHUYẾN KHÍCH! Trước hết, nó giống như ở cùng gia đình bạn xa nhà, trong một khu vực rất thân thiện với khách du lịch nói chung cũng như khách sạn. Tất cả người dân Nubian đều thân thiện và trung thực; đặc biệt nếu bạn đến từ một nơi nào khác ngoài Ai Cập, bạn sẽ cảm thấy sảng khoái khi thoát khỏi việc mặc cả. Khách sạn sắp xếp phương tiện di chuyển Abu Simbel (cách đó 3 giờ) với hộp cơm trưa cho chúng tôi vào sáng sớm lúc 04:00 sáng, chúng tôi quay lại vào khoảng 1 giờ chiều và tham quan Đền Philae sau đó trở về khách sạn (nơi ấm cúng của chúng tôi home) và Ahmed đưa chúng tôi đến làng với tư cách là người địa phương, được hướng dẫn và cung cấp giá cả hợp lý, chúng tôi trải nghiệm văn hóa của họ khi nhìn thấy khung cảnh xung quanh được sơn lộng lẫy cũng nhảy vào những ngôi nhà địa phương với rùa và cá sấu, và họ đã cung cấp cho chúng tôi phương tiện di chuyển đến Ga Xe lửa Aswan. We arrived at night, so we didn't know what it was like outside, but we were worried about the bumpy roads. We arrived safely at the hotel and checked it in the morning and found it in the souvenir district. It felt like a hotel in a village away from town, but the view was nice and the staff was friendly. I am glad I booked the hotel pick up and drop off. We requested that breakfast be served on the move.

On our first night, the room was not clean. After our first complaint, housekeeping did a simple cleanup but it was still unsatisfactory. With our second complaint, a deeper cleaning was arranged, and the room was finally clean — though it was already past midnight (around 1am). The hotel staff apologized and kindly compensated us with a dinner discount, which we appreciated. Overall, we are happy with the team’s fast response and service recovery. One small feedback: the facilities’ opening hours (spa and gym) clash with typical sightseeing schedules. Since they open late and close early, we were unable to enjoy them. It would be great if the hotel could consider extending the operating hours. Credit to the room towel decoration. Surprises everyday we came back from sightseeing. Talented creativity of towel art.
