El hotel como tal es increíblemente limpio que el personal es muy amable, el desayuno podría mejorar y tener un poquito más de variedad, la atención de la personal si es de primera. Pero tengo que hacer unas anotaciones frente al lugar esto queda en un lugar llamado zona franca, que es una conglomerado de bodegas aduaneras, por esta razón a la entrada de este lugar hay un servicio de seguridad que es atendido por unos porteros muy groseros, es un fastidio tener que registrar cédula pasaporte cada vez que entras y sales y que los servicios de Taxi Uber no puedan entrar y tengan que registrarse también y uno no puede entrar con el transporte poniendo su seguridad en riesgo. Además son supremamente atrevidos retuvieron mi documento mientras verificaban que yo estaba en el hotel sabiendo que yo había acabado de salir y ya me habían recibido hacía menos de dos horas. Yo les recomendaría avisarle de estos inconvenientes a los huéspedes.

Stayed here for a single night on a business trip. Location is ideal for airport access - shuttle was efficient and ran on time. Check-in was straightforward and staff were courteous. Room was clean, well-appointed, and quiet, with a good work desk and reliable WiFi. Restaurant and bar offered decent food and service, and breakfast was available early, which was useful for a morning departure. Overall, functional and well-managed for a short transit or business stay - my go to place

The Habitel Hotel is conveniently situated close to the airport, with a reliable shuttle service that adds to its appeal. The hotel comprises two sections, ‘Prime’ and ‘Select,’ with the ‘Prime’ offering slightly superior accommodations. My stay was generally satisfactory; however, the A/C in my room was broken, making it uncomfortably cold. After multiple visits to reception, the staff kindly provided a heater. This issue should ideally be addressed before guest check-ins.
It appears the hotel is undergoing construction on the 1st floor, which was where my room was located, resulting in some noise. Despite these inconveniences, the delicious breakfast made up for everything! I highly recommend the Caldo de Costilla. Based on the food alone, I would definitely consider staying here again.

KKamibellaOur experience was really disappointing, I paid in this platform the full price including taxes and the receptionist charged a double taxes saying was not hee Douro and hotel’s fault just law, here I’ll be adding the capture I took when I bought my service here and it said including taxes, she was so rude and also blaming me for don’t “understand”, read good , don’t understand I had to know they will be charging it , so unprofessional and gross with a client, I’ve been travelling for more than 10 years so try this platform and never had a bad experience till now, I recommend the hotel change their administrative staff they are not the people to treat with other humans. But I have to say the service staff I mean maids and the people in charge of breakfast were awesome, they would fix better in the reception they are so polite and clean, they k it how to respect other people. Gym is so basic but useful, breakfast so delicious, the fudge in the room was broken and no useful and nobody did nothing… last thing they referred my sisters iD, promised to deliver in the room and never did it so we had to go to claim it, this details from the receptionist, that rude woman and the unuseful manager too who said would be reviewing the reservation and who also said we have to claim to the website trip because was trip fault

TTài khoản kháchLong established downtown hotel (not to be confused with its namesake the Tequendama hotel - one block away). The location is convenient for accessing public transport and the airport - although it can at first feel a little intimidating particularly at night when the area is much quieter and there are not so many options for eating. The hotel itself offers spacious suite style rooms which although a little dated are well maintained and kept very clean. I also was not aware of any noise from other guests. The WiFi was a bit patchy, and the hot water could take a while to work through (possibly because I was on a higher floor).
Breakfast was substantial with a number of local dishes, which for me were a little heavy - so perhaps more lighter options could be considered. I didn't use either the gym or spa so can't comment.
Finally, all of the staff I had contact with were very approachable and professional. I generally communicated in Spanish but I believe that the reception staff at least had English language skills. Overall, I consider that the hotel offered good value for money for the price I paid (c.£43 per night)

KKamibellaSiempre me había sentido muy bien en este hotel, todo el mundo había sido tan gentil y respetuoso hasta hoy 3 de diciembre 2023 en la salida, cuando la vulgar y desagradable recepcionista ante un error que no cometimos nosotros, pues según ella el pago no se había hecho previamente al check in iba a llamar a la policía, el día que ingresamos preguntamos si el pago se había hecho y nos dijeron que sí. Nosotros entonces propusimos que nos enviaran un link de pago pero no lo hicieron para realizarlo y no lo hicieron, en cambio esta tipa se portó cual verdulera, gritándonos y amenizándonos delante de los otros huéspedes que hacían su check out, definitivamente no es una persona apta para tratar con humanos, no conoce de decencia menos de atención al cliente. Se supone que en una recepción debe estar una persona eficiente y respetuosa, pero esta señora no tiene un ápice de decencia ni de educación. Bueno por otro lado quiero hacer un reconocimiento especial a la chica encargada del restaurante Dyana quien si debería estar en un cargo como recepción ya que es la persona más decente y amable, siempre pendiente de todo y con todo su carisma se lleva mi 10/10, este si es personal de calidad, igual para Carlos él botones quien está colmado de amabilidad y eficiencia. Les recomiendo ser más eficientes en proporcionar. A sus clientes varias alternativas de pago, en un domingo no había nadie que habilitara un link de pago ni quien vigilara l seguridad del hotel
