thanks for this guy，change a bigger room for me，have a nice trip in this hotel because of you，Alex！

They mentioned it as three stars hotel, but actually it’s not three stars hotel. It was clean. One of the main problem is noise. Windows are so poor and loud traffic noise makes sleep difficult. No restaurant inside.

During my stay at Sleep in Guarulhos in São Paulo, Brazil, booked through Trip.com, I encountered exceptional service from start to finish. The reception staff demonstrated impeccable customer service, promptly addressing a small issue with my booking without any hassle on my part. Their efficiency and professionalism ensured that my stay got off to a smooth start, allowing me to relax and enjoy my time at the hotel. As a parent travelling with my 4-month-old, I was particularly impressed by the thoughtful amenities provided by the hotel. They provided a cot for my baby, which was not only of excellent size but also incredibly comfortable. It's always a relief to find accommodations that cater to the needs of families and Sleep in Guarulhos exceeded my expectations in this regard. Of course, one of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast buffet, which offered an impressive array of options to suit every palate. From continental favourites to hearty breakfast dishes, there was something for everyone, and the quality of the food was outstanding. Overall, my experience at Sleep in Guarulhos booked through Trip.com was nothing short of excellent. I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hyatt Place São José do Rio Preto, and the experience was truly outstanding. The hotel's location is unbeatable, situated adjacent to the Iguatemi São José do Rio Preto shopping mall, providing easy access to a variety of shops and dining options. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and equipped with modern amenities. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The air conditioning system worked flawlessly, which was essential given the warm climate. Breakfast each morning was a delightful experience, offering a diverse selection of fresh fruits, pastries, and local specialties. The staff were consistently friendly and attentive, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. The hotel's facilities, including the rooftop swimming pool and fitness center, were well-maintained and provided excellent opportunities for relaxation and exercise. Additionally, the free on-site parking was a convenient perk. One minor drawback was that the parking area could become a bit crowded during peak hours, but this did not significantly impact my overall experience. In conclusion, Hyatt Place São José do Rio Preto offers exceptional comfort, top-notch amenities, and a prime location. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.
