The hotel does not match the photos shown on the app at all. The room looked very different in reality, which was quite disappointing. The bathtub is extremely small and not comfortable to use. There was also not a single bottle of water provided in the room. When we called to ask about it, we were told to collect water from the reception ourselves, which is inconvenient for a hotel stay. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations based on the listing.

The location was perfect for Blonco! I took an Uber to visit a few monuments, and it was such a fun experience. The breakfast was delicious, and they made fresh omelets just for me. The staff were super friendly and kind, which made my stay even better!

Não é a primeira vez que ficamos hospedados no Colômbia escolhemos ele novamente por já conhecer a única coisa que dessa vez deixou muito a desejar foi o café da manhã até no domingo último dia nosso o café estava razoável mas no primeiro e segundo dia acho que até por menos hóspedes o que não justifica porque a qualidade do atendimento independente de números tem que ser sempre o mesmo inclusive meu genro foi pedir leite a atendente falou que não tinha isso é inaceitável para uma rede de hotéis que oferece um serviço na estadia e não cumpre 100% espero que voltem a ter a mesma qualidade de atendimento independente da quantidade de hóspedes

Khách sạn có vị trí tốt, bữa sáng rất ngon cho khách sạn 3 sao, phòng có kích thước tốt nhưng khả năng cách âm bên ngoài không tốt lắm, có thể nghe thấy tiếng trò chuyện ở hành lang, vòi sen tuyệt vời nhưng phòng tắm không bịt nước từ vòi hoa sen, rồi phòng tắm ngập nước, dịch vụ lễ tân kém, họ cần được đào tạo khẩn cấp, dù sao, đánh giá của tôi là khách sạn này hợp lý đến tốt (xếp hạng từ 6 đến 7), tôi nghĩ giá trị đồng tiền là tốt vì Tôi được thăng chức

Ótimo custo benefício. Ainda recebemos um upgrade do quarto na recepção. Eu tinha reservado quarto com duas camas de solteiro, e o recepcionista muito simpático nos ofereceu o quarto com cama de casal. O café da manhã é maravilhoso, servido no hotel em frente San Raphael.
Embora seja um hotel antigo, que necessita de ajustes, foi uma ótima experiência. Voltarei com certeza, pelo bom atendimento e boa localização, bem no centro, pra quem vai em eventos. Pra quem chega de carro, o hotel tem estacionamento, com um custo adicional.

Great location for our stay in São Paulo, very close to the subway. Room is small but clean and comfortable. Reception staff is very friendly and welcoming, however, the check-in method of having to re-type all the booking information manually made things quite slow on arrival, with only one person at the desk.

One of the main problem is noise. Windows are so poor and loud traffic noise makes sleep difficult.
