The hotel was great and the location is also good. But the worst parts are:- 1. Pool timings are limited. 2. You will get towel and other essential kits only after asking. 3. They do not provide any type of crockery or disposable if you order from outside. 4. They reception staff was too poor and uncooperative. 5. Atleast they should provide some couple of Bowls or anything.

One of the female receptionist inadvertently claimed that we had consumed one of the item from the bar which was certainly inaccurate. This situation got somewhat embarrassing as she didn’t believed in us until Mr Inderpal Singh the Front End Manager got involved and resolved the unfounded claim.

The rooms were very good. Neat and clean and maintained very well. The staff is courteous and very good with their hospitality. The food there is amazing and served hot. The hotel is also well located. The Golden temple was a 15 min walk from the hotel. The only negative if I have to call out is the external presence of the hotel.. seems like just a building on the road. The reception is at Level 1 which required one to climb a few stairs.

Our stay at Four Points by Sheraton Amritsar, Mall Road was outstanding in every way. The service is truly way above expectations — warm, attentive, and consistently professional. A special mention to Mr. Raghav Mehta and the entire Front Office team for their exceptional care and leadership. The restaurant staff were equally impressive, and the bell boy and security team ensured we felt welcomed and well looked after from the moment we arrived. The rooms were extremely comfortable, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully prepared. After a long journey, we had the most refreshing snooze — exactly what we needed. The food was excellent, and the gym facilities were well-maintained and convenient. An all-round 10/10 experience — we highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Amritsar.

They provide 2 bottles of 500ml mineral water bottle as complimentary. The hotel is near the amritsar railway station and is reasonably close to the golden temple as well. The food here was good which we had ordered through room service. They have free wifi as well. The bed and room were clean as well. The hotel has a lift and the staff here was helpful and courteous. Overall a good value proposition.

Every dish was delicious and beautifully presented. A special thank you to Chef Jaspal, whose culinary skills made our meal unforgettable. The dining staff were extremely attentive, ensuring we were comfortable and had everything we needed throughout. The pool area was equally impressive — clean, well-maintained, and a great place to unwind. We also greatly appreciated the late checkout, which allowed us some extra time to relax and enjoy the hotel’s excellent facilities. A heartfelt thank you to the entire staff. Your kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail truly made our stay special. Having stayed in many hotels in Amritsar over the years, I can confidently say this was one of the best experiences we’ve had. Highly recommended!

NNSPNKKhách sạn nằm ở một vị trí chiến lược. Tôi phải nhận phòng vào đêm khuya và điều đó hơi không được hoan nghênh vì nhân viên hướng dẫn đang thư giãn trên ghế dài cho đến khi tôi phải gọi điện cho họ. Tôi cũng đã gọi điện cho nhân viên hướng dẫn hai lần để hỗ trợ tôi về hành lý nhưng không ai trả lời điện thoại 4-5 lần và khi trả lời thì không có ai thực sự đến hỗ trợ tôi cho đến khi tôi bước xuống và thông báo lại cho họ. Phòng hơi cũ nhưng nhìn chung ổn.
