I have stayed in many 5 star hotels and even 6 star but this hotel deserve 7 star ranking in terms of their service, amenities, management, room layout and interior everything is just so more than perfect. In every hotel you can find atleast one mistake but here, no they are not gonna give any chance of disappointment. They all are very professionals and I really enjoyed my stay here. And I'll recommend everyone to go for this hotel without a second thought.

Không hiểu sao sau khi đặt phòng ưu đãi đặc biệt giá 14.000 rúp, cụ thể là ở Tháp Taj Mahal mới, tôi lại được hướng dẫn đến quầy lễ tân tại tòa nhà lịch sử chính khi nhận phòng. Họ cho tôi phòng 629 nhìn ra hồ bơi trong nhà. Tôi đã yêu cầu họ kiểm tra lại nhiều lần, nhưng họ hoàn toàn đúng. Vấn đề là, phòng ở tòa nhà này đắt hơn nhiều. Giá khởi điểm là 30.000 rúp một đêm, với tầm nhìn lên tới 120.000 rúp một đêm!!! Họ chào đón tôi như một vị vua. Đây không phải là khách sạn 5 sao, mà còn hơn thế nữa.
Mọi thứ đều tuyệt vời, mặc dù hơi tiếc là cửa sổ không đóng được và không có ban công. Phòng rộng rãi với phòng tắm rất rộng, đầy đủ bồn tắm, vòi sen và mọi thứ bạn có thể tưởng tượng. Dịch vụ hoàn hảo. Tôi trả phòng lúc 12 giờ trưa và khởi hành ra sân bay lúc 9 giờ tối. Vậy là tôi lại ở đó thêm 9 tiếng nữa, ngoài phòng, bên hồ bơi, và cả đi tham quan nữa. Không ai nói một lời. WiFi sẽ tắt n*** sau khi trả phòng, nhưng bạn có thể thuê WiFi cho khách trong hai tiếng.
Mọi thứ bên trong đều đắt đỏ. Nhưng gần đó có quán cà phê Leopold lịch sử, nơi bạn có thể thưởng thức những món ăn tuyệt vời.

I really enjoyed my stay here! The team was warm and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The room was cozy and clean, with a comfortable bed that gave me a great night’s sleep. The hotel is in a very convenient location, and I loved the calm atmosphere. A few small improvements could make it even better, but overall, I would definitely stay here again.

I made my base here when travelling for a friends wedding. My first time in India! The hotel was gorgeous and especially the rooftop. The spa treatment was well priced and very relaxing. In general the staff were very helpful too. I went in November, hotel seemed pretty quiet. I did not give 5 stars for cleanliness as I could see some marks on the window(which is full length from floor to ceiling) but in general was a lovely place to rest whilst not out exploring :)

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained with all essential amenities. The staff was polite, helpful, and ensured a smooth check-in and check-out process. The location was convenient, close to local attractions and transportation. Housekeeping was prompt, and the overall service exceeded expectations. The food quality at the in-house restaurant was also good. I especially appreciated the comfortable beds and quiet environment, which made for a restful sleep. Would definitely recommend this hotel to travelers looking for comfort, cleanliness, and great service at a reasonable price.

Nice comfortable hotel in a quiet neighborhood. The airport is just a 10 minutes drive or cab ride from the hotel. Breakfast (available from 7 to 10am) is a mix of Indian and continental. My room was clean and comfortable, with fast hot water in the shower and stable wifi. The front desk was helpful and efficient, and both my check in and check out processes were fast. The room rate was also competitive. Overall I had a pleasant stay.

I was very disappointed with customer service. I have sent email requesting early Check In but no one bothered to respond back.
During check in, full payment was made but during check out they charged me again for accommodation as they don’t have record that I have made payment. They took so long to verify that.
If I don’t remember that I have paid at check in time
I could have end up paying twice 😀

The check-in process was efficient, and the staff maintained a high level of professionalism throughout my stay. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and offered an impressive city view. Housekeeping was consistent and attentive, ensuring everything was in order without needing to request anything.
Although I did not try the breakfast service, I did visit the bar on the 37th floor, which was a highlight of the stay. The night views from the top were outstanding, and the atmosphere was refined yet vibrant. The service team at the bar was attentive, and the overall experience made for an enjoyable evening.
Overall, The St. Regis Mumbai delivered a high-quality stay with strong service standards and a well-maintained property. I would highly recommend it for both business and leisure travel.

Its proximity to key attractions like Tiger’s Leap and Bushi Dam makes it an excellent base for exploring Lonavala.
The resort is well-known for its impressive range of amenities, and they certainly lived up to the expectations. The highlight for us was the pool and water park area, which is perfect for families and solo travelers alike. The pool was clean and well-maintained, providing a refreshing dip amidst the scenic surroundings. The water park, complete with slides and splash zones, added an element of fun and adventure to our stay. I asked 4 times to get the schedules through email but that email never came . Be careful cause the security at swimming pool is just like a decoration cause everyone can enter without having the room card to the swimming pool area by just jumping in while some clients are entering. And maybe there is a collaboration with the staff because actually in such beggars clothes how can they pass unobservant even the main door of the reception of the hotel! They have strict policies about cancellation which normally all the other marriotts of the world have..specially with clients who have diamond and travel genius highest level as vip clients .they dont consider that they stayed the entire week 7 days and it can happen that the last day some unpredictable work thing can happen. The 24 /7 service is just a fake thing cause if you call at a normal 10 pm the person's who ll pick up the phone after a LONG wait they still make you wait for the next morning for the concerned person to come and ask. They say ”we ll call you back but that call never comes” .

Good for a one night stay if you're heading to the airport the next day. Less than 5mins walking distance to T1. Buggy is avail / staff can help you with your luggage to the terminal. Multiple eateries at the airport too if you're not into proper sit down dining at the hotel.
