Nhà trọ rất sạch sẽ và vị trí thuận tiện, đúng vậy! Tôi có quay lại đó không? Không chắc. Điều này là do thiếu các tiện nghi mà tôi chưa từng thấy thiếu ở các nhà trọ khác: - 1 phòng tắm cho mỗi tầng, phòng tắm được chia sẻ giữa 3 phòng, mỗi phòng 4 người; 12 người ở 1 phòng tắm là một ý tưởng tồi. - ổ cắm, ổ cắm, ổ cắm. Giường không có ổ cắm, có 2 ổ cắm được bố trí ngẫu nhiên trong phòng nhưng các nhà trọ khác mà tôi từng ở đều có giường và ổ cắm riêng, đây là tiêu chuẩn. - không có rèm che giường, không có sự riêng tư - không có đèn trên giường, giống như một chiếc đèn nhỏ mà mọi người có thể sử dụng nếu những người khác đang ngủ. Nhà trọ sạch sẽ nhưng việc thiếu các tiện nghi này thật đáng thất vọng.

Cosy, boutique -style hotel decorated with whimsical touches. Friendly staff, free and fast Wi-Fi, good water pressure and a small basement gym. Limited, though adequate breakfast buffet selection. My room's mattress showed its age as it was sagging to one side. Staff were prompt in retrieving lost property and posting to my next destination. As Zagreb is a compact city, the hotel is within easy walking distance to all major attractions, with convenience stores at the doorstep and the central train station 2 blocks away.

This wonderful hotel is right in the center of old Zagreb.  Everything is within walking distance.....restaurants abound, flower market and food markets, shops, the trolley for transportation is close by, and many museums, churches, government buildings, parks and Historic sites.  The Hotel Dubrovnik is clean, light rooms, comfy beds, and a sumptuous breakfast!  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

A friend and I were passing through Zagreb and needed some basic accommodations to stay one night. We figured this hostel might be fine, with a private two bed room being a fairly affordable option. The staff was extremely friendly, and the amenities were good for what one would expect for a hostel. Only issue was that we could barely sleep due to the room being directly on a busy street, we couldn't close the windows due to the extreme heat and their was no AC provided in the room, only a tiny fan. Would recommend this place in a pinch, but if you have the budget definitely better to stay elsewhere.

The hotel is at this little quiet corner which is also good since we had to open the window at night (aircon is centralised and it’s still “winter” despite in spring). We were given level 6 which is the highest floor so it helped with the quietness. The breakfast spread was amazing, lots of cheeses and cured meat. The cooked vegetables are the best, though it can get a little oily. It’s a convenient location to walk around the city, and visit the parks and museum. There are good food options around as well. However, we were there during Easter so most of the places are close but there was a pizza place within 6 mins walk which is open during Easter. Lots of supermarkets around, so it’s easy to get snacks and fruits.

Located about 15-20 minutes walk from the central bus station or about 5 minutes via taxi. A mix of tram and walking would take you 15-20 minutes. Surrounded by a pizza takeaway, coffee shop, bakery and mini mart. About 20 minutes walk to the main town centre or take the tram just outside the hotel. You can take a taxi which is generally outside. The surrounding area is safe but looks a bit run down because of graffiti. The hotel reception is immaculate. Customer service is really good and you can leave your bag if you check in early (3pm check in). The first floor has a pool (free), limited gym (free) and spa (paid). Restaurant and bar at the ground floor. The room is immaculate but looks a bit dated. King size bed is very comfortable and a bonus. Blankets are comfortable and weighted. Air conditioning is strong but a bit loud. Kettle, free coffee/tea, complimentary waters, iron/ironing board, hair dryer, robes/slippers, and towels available. Shower is strong with two different heads. The shower sprays everywhere on the outside floor due to a poor glass shower curtain. Noise? Rather quiet but can hear noisy people shouting in the corridor. TV is old and dated. Plugs on both sides of the bed (European style). Overall, a decent hotel for the price.

The only issue was the air condition which was changed to heating during the time we visited (summer transitioning to autumn) so it was a little warm at night. Unless you took the garden facing room, the road/ trams noises will be uncomfortable to leave the windows open through the night. Having said, the staff service were good.

TTài khoản kháchOne Rude Staff Member Ruined an Otherwise Decent Stay I stayed at Esplanade Zagreb Hotel with high expectations given its historic prestige, but one employee’s unprofessional behavior significantly tarnished my experience. Upon arrival, I mistakenly entered the hotel’s parking area as the parking gate opened. After realizing the error, I proceeded to the lobby, completed check-in, and moved my car to the designated drop-off zone for valet service. At this point, a parking attendant aggressively confronted me—hands on hips, speaking in a condescending tone, and demanding how I’d accessed the area. His demeanor was more suited to scolding a trespasser than addressing a paying guest. To be fair, the front desk and concierge staff were perfectly polite and efficient. Had I not encountered this particular employee, my overall impression would have been positive. But for a hotel branding itself as a luxury establishment, even one hostile interaction is unacceptable. A guest’s entire perception can be undone by a single moment of poor service. The incident casts doubt on the hotel’s training standards. Why does such a disparity in staff attitudes exist? I hope management addresses this, as no amount of century-old tradition excuses rudeness. Until then, I’d hesitate to return or recommend Esplanade Zagreb without caution.

He really put his effort making so many calls when the rental car didn't response well, but finally all problem solved. And he sent his regard throe his friend at front desk on my second check in after 7 days traveling to Split and Dubrovnik, his name also Tony and he also very friendly. Thanks to both of you Toni & Tony ( I hope I didn't wrong spelling your name ) It's highly recommend for all type of traveler, the room is very quite, I can't hear anything from next room or outside, sleep like a baby. I love the spacious shower room and all luxury amenities. If not mistaken I think this is a brand new hotel. Since i drive a car, for me location is not important, 8 minutes drive to the old town, not too far. I like the neighborhood is so quite. Breakfast has many menus and tasty too.
