Excellent Family Stay in Ibiza with Minor Areas for Improvement Our family recently enjoyed a wonderful 4-night stay at this 5-star hotel in Ibiza as part of a week-long holiday. Overall, we were extremely pleased with our experience and would highly recommend this hotel to other families visiting the island. What We Loved: Convenient Location: The hotel's proximity to the airport was a significant plus, making our arrival and departure smooth and hassle-free, especially when traveling with family. Impeccable Cleanliness: We were consistently impressed with the high standards of cleanliness throughout the hotel, from our room to the common areas. This attention to detail truly enhanced our stay. High-Quality Food: The quality of the ingredients used in the hotel's restaurants was evident in every meal. We thoroughly enjoyed the delicious and fresh food on offer. Exceptional Staff Service: The staff members we encountered were all incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. Their dedication to providing excellent service made us feel very welcome and well taken care of. Areas for Improvement: Restaurant Staffing: During peak meal times, we noticed that the main restaurants seemed understaffed, which unfortunately led to queues. Addressing this issue would significantly improve the dining experience for all guests. Limited Daytime Activities: While this may have been due to our visit being in the off-season, we felt that there could have been more activities offered during the day to keep guests entertained. Spa Inclusivity: We were a little disappointed that access to the spa was not included in the main room price, nor was there an option to add it as part of our package. Offering this as an inclusion or an add-on option would be a great enhancement. Negative Aspects to Report: We genuinely did not encounter any negative aspects during our stay. Overall: Despite the minor areas for improvement mentioned above, our family was extremely satisfied with our stay at this hotel. We believe that if these points are addressed, future guests will undoubtedly have an even more exceptional experience. We would certainly consider staying here again on our next visit to Ibiza.

The ambiance was quiet and calming, perfect for focused work sessions between meetings or calls. Meeting & Work Spaces: Although I didn’t host formal meetings, the resort offers excellent quiet zones and informal seating areas where I could take video calls and work without distraction. The staff was also more than accommodating in helping me find suitable spots to work comfortably. Dining & Service: The buffet and à la carte dining options were impressive, offering healthy and diverse choices to keep me energized throughout the day. The staff was attentive, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile – whether it was arranging early breakfast or helping with printing documents. Wellness & Location: After long working hours, the resort’s spa, gym, and pool facilities were an absolute highlight. Being able to unwind with a swim or a sauna session made a huge difference in managing stress during the trip. The location, set between the bay and natural park, added an extra level of peace and beauty. Overall: PortBlue Pollentia isn’t just a leisure destination – it’s also an ideal base for business travelers seeking comfort, efficiency, and a touch of luxury. I wouldn’t hesitate to return for either work or leisure and highly recommend it to professionals looking for a productive yet restorative environment in Mallorca.

Big size with balcony, great view to the sea view. 2 minutes to the bus station and local market. The gentleman in reception are nice and helpful. I booked the taxi to the airport over there

“I recently stayed in a room with a sea view, which was quite nice and comfortable. However, I was disappointed to find that the bathroom lacked essential amenities such as a shower cap and hair conditioner. The swimming pool area had comfortable sun beds that provided a great opportunity to relax, but the loud music played throughout the day was quite disturbing. It felt imposing to have music chosen for you, especially when you might prefer something different or silence. The reception service was acceptable, though not exceptional. I found the women at the reception to be more friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was a highlight of the stay, offering a wide selection of delicious options. The hotel’s location near the center of Ibiza is convenient, but the street where the hotel is located is frequented by lower-class locals, which can feel unsafe after 23:00. While the street noise was not audible in the sea view room, I would strongly advise against booking a street-facing room. The lack of double-glazed windows makes it difficult to sleep, especially with a noisy supermarket nearby playing loud techno music late into the night, along with its rowdy clientele. Additionally, the restaurant was also noisy. Furthermore, there are limited parking options available. The reception does not provide information on this matter, and the street itself does not seem to offer much parking, which can be a real problem if you plan to rent a car. In summary, unless you plan on being out day and night and don’t require parking, I recommend avoiding the street view rooms due to the noise and lack of comfort.”

Nous avions déjà testé en septembre dernier et cette fois ci encore, c'était super ! Tout est bien dans cet hôtel refait à neuf, et notamment l'excellent petit déjeuner buffet. Et ils parlent français
