Tiện nghi: Nội thất trong phòng rất cao cấp và giường rất thoải mái và mới. Vệ sinh: Rất tốt, đúng như mong đợi, 😉 Môi trường: Khách sạn Lake View độc đáo ở hồ Thanh Hải. Dịch vụ: Siêu tốt, rất chu đáo. Một khách sạn có tầm nhìn toàn cảnh hồ Thanh Hải, một khách sạn chất lượng cao và một khách sạn mới khai trương. Khách sạn rất lớn và phải mất khoảng một giờ để đi bộ xung quanh.

We started our final China trip form Ürümqi followed by Turpin and Dunhuang. While our hotels there were reasonable, we felt really comfortable when we stayed at at a Club floor room at Sofitel Xining. Their service was one of the best we have experienced during our seven China trips so far. We enjoyed the comfort and the staff’s dedicated service. Thank you.

I will start off by saying that the room and bathroom were well appointed, the staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast was delicious. However, whilst the room was generally clean, when I dropped something that subsequently rolled under a fitted unit, I was pretty disgusted to see the dust and filth beneath it. It clearly had not been cleaned for…well…ever? I appreciate that these areas will not be as clean as the more visible parts of the room, however for a five star hotel, this is unacceptable. I do not expect to find dirty tissues and a thick layer of dust and dirt anywhere in my hotel room. But by far the absolute worst part of my stay was the inability to control the temperature in the room whatsoever. The room was so swelteringly hot that despite the comfortable bed, and everything to go with it, I was almost unable to sleep at all. I do not expect this in a five star hotel(and have never experienced it other than here and at anther Wanda hotel in Hohhot), I pay for luxury; controlling the room temperature is a basic requirement that I can even do in a 50 yuan a night hostel dorm. When I asked the staff at reception the following morning I was told the AC wouldn’t be available until after April 15th because ‘it’s cold outside’. Firstly, I am not sleeping outside, I am sleeping inside, on the 22nd floor, where it is anything but cold. Not to mention it was April, not January, even in Xining it is not that cold. Secondly, as a paying guest, in a five star hotel, it should be up to me to decide if it is hot or cold, not the hotel. For this reason, as lovely as the room, staff and breakfast may have been, I would not stay here again. I checked out and moved to the lower rated Hilton, where I could control the room temperature and actually managed to sleep…generally what the whole point of a hotel is.

Tôi muốn khen ngợi dịch vụ tuyệt vời của nhân viên, họ đã hết lòng giúp đỡ chúng tôi. Nhân viên đã đề nghị giặt giũ giúp chúng tôi vì bộ hẹn giờ trên máy sấy bị hỏng và không rõ khi nào quần áo có thể được sấy khô. Tôi sẽ giới thiệu khách sạn này cho những ai có kế hoạch nghỉ qua đêm ở Chaka.

Sally is so great. She even loan us a wal power adapter we badly need it. She and her friendly hotal staffs arranged a courtesy shuttle to train station. Wow! buffet breafast was the widest variety we have ever seen! we don't need a lunch! i will definitely recommend this hotel in my Los angeles based Burmese newspapers serving rapidly growing Burmese community for sure.
