The hotel is in a great location. A shopping mall is located at 10 mins walk with Aeon and other famous restaurants in the region. The service of the hotel, overall speaking, was good. We got upgraded to Shizimen River view, after waiting for half an hour before it's our turn to check-in. The room cleanliness can be improved a bit as we could see an empty water bottle was lying under the washing basin and the toilet paper, as well as the shampoo, went out quickly. However, apart from these minor things, the room was fantastic. Spacious and modernized room with splendid night view. The bed was super comfy and we had a great sleep. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of choices, but you better get there before 9:30 or else it will be a long queue. All in all, will definitely book St Regis Zhuhai again!

Highly impressed with St Regis Zhuhai. Service is great, everyone speaks English, staff is very professional and supportive. Impeccable attention to details that ensures the comfort of the stay. The room is fabulous and the decoration is of high quality and of phenomenal design. The bathroom is amazingly beautiful the details made of stones are incredible. The view is fantastic

Hotel is very nice decoration & well partitioned for room. Whole atmosphere is customer care, silence and clean. Excellent for Service of room master, my nephew said good as well, indeed there had air-conditioning unfit for temperature. Overall experience is nice and pending for next stay.

This is my first time to ZH St. Regis. The people is very nice and they are of high standard, particularly the lady namely Jane Yuen who has been serving my wife and me like friends. She introduced quite a lot local attractions and showed us how to explore new experiences in ZH. We did enjoy her warm and kind hospitality. Great vibe overall! The view's just spectacular, and the room itself is everything me and my wife need - classy, cozy, and all that. What really impressed me most was the service from Paul, since he professionally took care pretty much all our needs in a superbly friendly manner. Oh, of course both the hotel bar and the restaurant both deserve lots of acclaim. All in all, a truly fantastic experience.

The stay was  well taken care of , concierge called me the day before check in to see if I have any special requests Location was good , underground parking was free Room was clean and spacious and adequately equipped I will definitely recommend this hotel for friends

It was really disappointing at first as we had to change rooms twice but thank goodness that colleague named Sean managed to make our trip well worth by compensating it with other stuff and gift. Thank you Sean
