Một khách sạn rất đẹp và tuyệt vời. Phòng rộng rãi, sạch sẽ và rất thoải mái với mức giá phải chăng. Dịch vụ tuyệt vời với đội ngũ nhân viên có thể nói tiếng Anh. Thật buồn khi họ vẫn chưa mở hồ bơi. Bữa sáng hơi thất vọng so với khẩu vị của tôi. Họ có thể làm tốt hơn nhiều. Nhìn chung là nơi lưu trú tốt.

This beautiful Hotel is very central in Kunshan. We enjoyed very much the beautiful view from our room over the whole city. The staff is very friendly and we had the chance to store our bikes after a long bike ride through amazing Kundshan area.

Room is big, spacious, and the view is most of the time really good (very tall building and the rooms are located from floor 29+). The hotel does have a swimming pool but for the 1 month I was there, it was said to be on maintenance. I guess it won't open any time soon (seems like it's just abandoned, a pity). The gym is alright, enough for most workouts. There is no washing machine available for free, you have to pay an extravagant amount to get your clothes washed. Good point is, the hotel is located on top of a big mall. Food is very easily accessible thanks to that, I was so glad to live there after a long day at work. Overall I would recommend that hotel!

Service and facilities excelent, clean environment Breakfast was not 100% refilled. Cups missing some fod not refilled during our breakfast time.
