Good location and service but limited with old structures and amenities such as hair dryer which is very old and not effective

dirty. I told them not to disturb but in the morning the maid calls on the phone. The elevator doors open whenever they want.

I would like to share my experience when I visit Khonkhean Province that I choose to stay at Pull Man Hotel which located in the city center, nearly central Khonkhean only 800m.

I stayed at Pullman Khon Kaen for 1 night. Check-in was smooth. The Staff was friendly and helpful. The location was good. The down side was that the room had a musty smell to it from an old carpet that covered the whole room. The room was dusty. The furniture was old and also covered in dust. Shower head was dirty and the flow of the water was weak at best.

Great location in town. Friendly staff. Rooms are clean and spacious. Appreciate that the air conditioning is efficient and quiet.

The Pullman lived up to my expectations as I have stayed with this company prior, in different countries. Pricing was good, amenities very good, clean, and pleasant staff. The buffet for breakfast was 10/10. Thanks to team Pullman, I needed some sleep and rest, and I received it. Recommend

Hotel is in great location.  But it is a bit too old and really need serious renovations in room and lobby.  Comfortable and soft bed.  Staff are very professional and supportive.

Good hotel stayed 3 nights. I would recommend it. Went to local small zoo for exotic pets cost 150 baht. It was ok. This city is full of café restaurants many moderately priced. Khon Kaen is one of my favourite places in Thailand but far from other places but remember it has an airport. We stupidly drove.

Definitely recommend this hotel. Walking distance to central shopping centre. 2 min walk to Tops supermarket and for convenience there is a 7-11 closer. Room was big and clean. Bathroom huge with a seperate bath tub. The only thing which I would have expected from a hotel like this was tooth brushes in the bathroom. Breakfast was amazing. Alot of variety. Cannot fault the staff. I ended up returning for a second time. Highly recommend

Overall, the experience is positive. The room offers a spectacular view. The cleaning staff is friendly and attentive. While the breakfast is satisfactory, it could benefit from more variety.In the evening, the lobby features live music, which can be enjoyable if you appreciate lively entertainment.
