Was given the worst room. Dark and tiny. said this is what I paid for? I had stayed here before and never had a room like this. Asked for another lamp a never got it. Towels were skimpy. Shower broken. Do not go!!

It's a nice, old hotel, but it is old, and the elevators are very small. There can be a lot of traffic waiting for those elevators, and you could be waiting for 5 minutes or so to get an elevator because only so many peiple can get on at a time. I also wish there had been laundry service of some sort, whether it be done by the hotel or self-service.

由於不是連鎖品牌，貌似比希爾頓之類的低了一個檔次，但老酒店自有老的味道，電梯空間雖小但光鑒照人的銅製面板透出老紐約韻味，大堂雖小卻顯精緻，客房比想象得大不少，雙床房沒有沙發，冰箱不知什麼原因也不可用，但可以打電話讓客服送來熱水壺。從迎賓到前台到客房人員，基本都是笑臉相迎，攜程訂房也沒出現結帳亂收費現象，衹收了訂房時標出的幾美金。位置沒得説，去中央公園、大都會、歷史自然博物館等步行尺度，去MOMA尤其近，三四分鐘吧，比住在時報廣場區域清靜許多，也方便許多。

孩子到紐約讀書，開學前住了三天酒店。
特意選了比較安全的地段。
房間也比較大，稍微有點舊
🚗 交通：非常方便，離地鐵近
🧹衞生：還行
周邊隨便逛逛很不錯，離MOMA很近

I did not like the property. The rooms are very dated with old rugs that do not appear clean. There was a cockroach in the bathroom and the staff ignored the issue and did not take care of it for many hours. When I came back to my room, the roach was still there even though I had called three hours before. The bathrooms don’t have a vent and they don’t put Q-tips nor hair caps.

We were upgraded to a King Suite which put oir teenager on a pull out couch which the trip was her Christmas Gift so not comfortable...we then had to request pillows abd bedding 4 times and wait upwards of 90 mins to go to bed to get all the bedding for her to sleep.

Beautiful historical property. Well maintained, clean and well lit. Front desk were kind, pleasant and presentable.

Reservation problem. I waited over 30 minutes for my room. They said it seems to be an online reservation problem, but I couldn’t get a suitable explanation about that. And now, they charged another amount for room even though I paid through *******!!

I love the history of the hotel but it’s looking a little worse for wear these days. I did not find the staff particularly friendly or welcoming except for the man and woman who were working the desk on the morning we left. It’s in a great location and the rooms are a good size for NYC, just nothing exciting.

We couldn't be more pleased with the Warwick. Spacious accommodations at a reasonable price (for NY). Very quiet as well.

Location is fantastic as well as the staff.
on the other hand, suite was not cleaned properly, and it is very old and outdated. (carpet and furniture) one of the 3 elevators was always broken.

I was expecting better than Marriott or Sheraton hotels since I travel a lot. My room (321) at The Warwick was nothing special. The floor design in bathroom is extremely dangerous for guests stubbing their toes in corner area of toilet. Also, the switch from low spigot to shower heard did not work properly as water continued to flow in low spigot while less water pressure in shower head. Very disappointing & inconvenient to start your day.
