Great place near tianmen mountain, clean room and spacious they provide everything (toothpaste,brush,body wash etc…) owner is very friendly always helpful for location tickets and taxi, and the lady who worked there very nice she helped me a lot she helped me for washing my clothes and always ready to help me very friendly. Thank you so much for your help and made my trip more memorable

The owner helped us a lot with booking our tickets and planning our stay in Zhangjiajie. The rooms were very nice and we had a great time staying there.

This is a very nice hotel especially for the price. The service was amazing. They let us keep our baggage there after we checked out so we could explore the city comfortably. There is plenty hot water ( I saw some reviews said there isn’t but I think that they’ve fixed that). AC works great. Bed was huge. I saw a fruit fly which is why there’s a 4/5 cleanliness. Location is sweet, close to food and 10 min walk to the Tianmenshan Cableway.
I'm absolutely disappointed with this hotel, and I've never rated one so badly. The room was dusty, we couldn't close the window because of the little AC (held by tape on the wall) plastic pipe sticking out leaving us with all the noise from outside. The bathroom was a disaster, inside the shower there was a filthy, disconnected bathtub, which led to splashes everywhere. We didn't have a shower rug so we had to use one of the small towels. The room was never cleaned and so no new water or new towels were provided. We were left without toilet paper! Of course we tried to raise all these problems to the staff but no one was ever at the reception. We sent various messages on wechat at the number provider at the reception but they never accepted our invite so they never read our messages. I can't understand how people were able to rate this place 5 stars, because our experience was absolutely terrible. Only pro was the super close location to the train station and cable car, but the situation was so bad we seriously considered cancelling our stay here and book somewhere else. Don't come here.

Nice hotel situated 10 minutes away from the cable-car station that serves Tianmen mountain. Clean and the stuff is very helpful and friendly! Stayed here for three nights at a very good price. This is exceptional value for money!

Отель находится близко к аэропорту и к канатной станции, рядом автовокзал. Найти отель помог таксист, позвонил в отель и рассказал нам куда идти, без него мы бы не нашли. Отель расположен на втором этаже, фото входа прилагаю. Номер большой, есть все необходимое. Приветливый персонал, по-английски не разговаривают. Единственный минус это запах сигарет в номере.
