Regarding the issues you mentioned, you said it was on the 5th floor. Originally, you booked a sunny tatami room, and all such rooms are between the 4th and 5th floors. However, we have upgraded your room. Instead of the tatami room, you were upgraded to a comfortable queen-sized bed room. If you thought the floor was too high at that time, you could have told us. We did have tissues in the room originally, and they were not wet. I had checked the room. Maybe you got them wet when you took a shower. If there's anything else, you can talk to me. I'm truly sorry, and here I sincerely apologize to you.
