My second stay at this hotel, as always the customer service is excellent, a big shout out to Ronaldo from concierge and also the female chef who remembered my from my first visit, she has amazing English and was super helpful with my dietary requirements. Room was nice, although the sink seems discoloured and should be replaced, gym was well equipped and the pool was great! Evening buffet and breakfast had extensive selection. On the negative, it was NYE and there were no decorations up so didn’t have a celebratory atmosphere which was disappointing and no fruit or welcome drink considering it is New Years, that’s probably an edict from the top that should be rectified. Small things like that make a huge difference!

This hotel is just right , hotel service is just okay, and worker push you to write 5 star reviews since we didn’t receive the 5 star review service . After you purchase additional breakfast fast which is 99 yuan (RBM) even you haven’t use it, it is non refundable. So pls make sure if family or your friend is not coming to visit you, and don’t buy breakfast till they coming,otherwise hotel don’t give refund once you reserved the additional breakfast! Overall the whole Service is so so . Will not come back again. not worth for the price

The rooms were clean , very comfortable and perfect to celebrate your birthday weekend .Every staff member I encountered , from the valet to the front desk they all went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable .We stay here at least once a year for special events have never had a bad experience,both check in and check out were handled professionally , the breakfast was amazing got so many gifts from the hotel .

Excellent service and room was amazing! No subway stop near so needed to use the bus to get places. Otherwise I loved my stay and would defiantly go again!
