Các đánh giá Hotel Naples

Aparcamos en el espacio del hotel y desde adentro salieron de mala manera a corrernos, hubo que explicar q éramos huéspedes. Solo te dan una tarjeta para la habitación que luego debes usar para tener electricidad, si uno tiene q salir debes elegir si te quedas afuera o sin luz. Vidrios rotos en la habitación y muchos pelos, toallas rotas. La ducha del baño al abrirla el agua da contra la pared. El desayuno escaso y con poca variedad, básicamente café con croissant. La experiencia no fue buena. Espero puedan mejorar!

Todo bien a excepción de recepción menos un señor llamado luigi muy amable

3 défauts que j’ai trouvé dans cet hôtel: les chambres mal insonorisées, l’interrupteur de la lumière de la chambre voisine allume la lumière de ma chambre donc vaut mieux en pleine nuit enlever la carte qui active la lumière, et le petit déjeuner de mauvaise qualité. Sinon pour tout le reste tout est nickel: le personnel à l’écoute et accueillant, propreté rien à dire, et le top l’emplacement

Good hotel, not really four stars, but very conveniently situated, rooms all right and nice terrace on top floor. All a little bit tired and woen out but not without a certain charm. Big asset is vicinity of city centre, so that would be the main reason for picking this hotel.

The location is good - on the main road across from the university and near the ancient part of Naples - but the hotel room had dirty walls and peeling wallpaper in places so it was not an appealing place to stay.

I stayed for 2 nights. It is on the main road, close to Centro Storico and the seaport. The room was spacious enough with a big window overlooking the main road, although no noise from the traffic could be heard if windows are closed. A/C was a bit noisy overnight. TV a bit small. No problem with the room, no cleanliness issues. I didn’t like the breakfast, but I think it’s the case with all hotels in Italy, so one has to accept it. Also the check in time before 10 o’clock is a bit too early. A lot of other hotels allow you at least 11 o’clock and some even 12 o’clock. Overall I had a good experience and can recommend this hotel, I would definitely stay there again.

Great location, across the street of the old town. They claim it’s a 4 stars hotel, but I would say 3 is more accurate, with no restaurant and no room service (at least, in January). The rooms that face the avenue are noisy; the hermetic double windows reduce a lot of noise, but the Corso has a heavy traffic even at midnight, with horns and sirens. Our room had a large bed, but it wasn’t exactly a king size, but something between king and queen. The room was small, with the bed stuck between two narrow corridors, and no extra chairs. There was a safe box and a mini bar with water and sodas. The bathroom had a tiny shower, cruise-like, where you can’t stretch your arms. If you share the room, avoid flushing the toilet at night, because it makes weird noises.

The rooms are gorgeous and the staff are brilliant, most helpful. Location is just right, on the main street, with a lift to the room. There was a roof-top bar and restaurant. My husband and I sat and watched the cruise liners dock for their trip to Naples. Perfect for a holiday in Naples.

Horrible! Informations inexactes, hotel supposé avoir un parking, en fait on nous a envoyés vers un parking public beaucoup plus loin. On a préféré laisser la voiture dans la rue mais plus près de l’hôtel. Réceptionniste inefficace ( 15 mn pour avoir un chariot à bagages) et peu aimable ( «  si vous n’êtes pas contents annulez »)- ce qu’on aurait fait volontiers su l’on n’avait pas été fatigués après une journée de conduite à 22h . Chambre vieillotte, murs sales, papier peint décollé) La télé ne fonctionnait pas, un des fils de connections était arraché. Bouilloire sans fil, la prise en dessous la planche était arrachée et du papier toilette enfoncé dans le trou du mur. Fuites sur le tuyau de la douche, distributeur de gel cassé. Lamentable pour un hôtel de quatre étoiles. Dommage pour l’image de Naples et pour là crédibilité de la plate-forme qui attribue les étoiles!

Hotel que no se corresponde para nada con 4 estrellas. Las habitación estaba en la primera planta y se escuchaba absolutamente todo el ruido de la calle, no pudimos dormir nada, pedí cambio de habitación pero me dijeron que estaba todo ocupado y que no era posible. El hotel está muy descuidado y viejo. El desayuno era lamentable, poca variedad y sin calidad ninguna, era todo descongelado y con mal aspecto. No lo recomiendo nada.

Sono troppe 4 stelle per questo hotel!! Camera con evidenti segni di usura,tende sporche personale alla reception scostante e acido. Bagno al limite del ridicolo con faretti bruciati e non funzionanti. Per scaricare l'acqua nel water devi abbassare la tavoletta altrimenti il pulsante che comanda lo scarico è coperto dalla tavoletta stessa. Acqua calda non pervenuta (ti devi accontentare di acqua tiepida). La guarnizione della porta del bagno appesa ad un triste destino... La camera era sporca con polvere sui comodini. Il televisore piccolo e datato e dulcis in fundo il parato della stanza è strappato oppure scollato in più punti. La porta d'ingresso della camera presenta una caduta importante di intonaco attorno alla cornice. La stanza era molto rumorosa in quanto affaccia su Corso Umberto I strada molto trafficata sia di giorno che di notte. Per questi motivi questo hotel non è SICURAMENTE DA 4 STELLE ma al massimo ne merita 2. Le uniche note positive sono la posizione molto comoda e centrale e la colazione su terrazza panoramica,ma queste cose non compensano il resto.

Hatten vorher in einem B&B Hotel gewohnt welches 50Prozent weniger gekostet hat und ehrlich , viel unterschied ist nicht. Zum Zimmer, leise ist es nicht , der Aufzug gibt alle Minuten einen pieps Ton von sich der im Zimmer zu hören ist Bestellt haben wir 2 Einzelbetten bekommen haben wir ein Reisebett schlafen unmöglich und ein Doppelbett welches zum teilen wäre gewesen aber nicht durchgeführt wurde Also kein platz im Zimmer Zum Frühstück, im B&B war mehr Auswahl und Qualitativ viel besser. Möchte auf dieses gar nicht mehr eingehen
