Stayed at haloyon villa for 2 nights and i must say the service was excellent! Was assigned the ecological twin room which was facing a construction site for the 1st night and the construction works started at 6am in the morning. I requested for a quieter room the next and the staff gave a free upgrade to garden twin room. The resort area is very pretty and theres buggy service to bring you to the reception or breakfast place. Breakfast buffet spread was good with a very nice environment. The hotel also helped us to secure impression da hong pao show tickets at a cheaper price and got us really good seats that was just beside the VIP seating area. The hotel staff was also very thoughtful and prepared a box of tea leaves for us for the inconvenience caused from having to switch room. Will definitely stay here again if i come to wuyi the next time.

Amazing stay here at Wuyishan, five star service and amenities. Highly recommend to anyone wanting a luxury experience !

The environment is beautiful and peaceful. The room’s amenities and decoration are practical and comfortable. All the staff are very polite. Breakfast offers a wide range of delicious options. A hotel that’s definitely worth recommending.

Hotel view was a 10/10. Nice swimming pool and gym. 管家小范和小洁 have kept our room absolutely clean and neat, allow us to return to a comfortable room.

Lovely resort with 5* service. Was genuinely impressed with the hospitality and impeccable service standards of the staff. Breakfast spread was really good and we truly enjoyed the breakfast despite not being fans of breakfast meals. Would definitely be our choice of stay if we do go back to Wuyishan again in the future.

Hotel is very nice and clean. It would be nice to have traditional Chinese musis like guzheng instead of old western music in the restaurant.

The service staff is very prompt and they made the stay very comfortable. The housekeeping staff took extra care of my belongings and ensured the room was clean and even arranged the clothes very well. Special thanks to the staff at the reception and housekeeping staff (Xiao Fan and Xiao Jie).

Room is not spacious. However, facilities, atmosphere, mood, and services are excellent. Most important is warm welcome and the very kind people

Front desk staffs are mostly not well trained. I was told not to eat breakfast at the hotel and front desk recommended a local place(风谷婆媳 fenggu poxi) within 5 mins walking distance. If your own staff deemed the breakfast not worth the $$, i think it’s time to do something about it. And indeed the restaurant food is quite mediocre, so is the service. I was put in a room right beside the buggy pickup for the block, there was constant traffic and very noisy, but for two nights stay I couldn’t be bothered to change room after I opened up the luggage. Hotel location however is convenient.

自駕最遠之一的福建武夷山，開了快七個小時才到的，十一點到酒店就直接可以辦理入住了！ 設施：看了網上的評論，酒店應該算武夷山最好的酒店之一了吧，自動馬桶，戴森吸塵器都挺不錯的！ 衞生：因為愛人有點塵蟎過敏，提前告知酒店，還是挺不錯的，很乾凈清爽，看得出酒店的用心程度！ 環境：酒店旁邊就是武夷山風景區，走過去都不是很遠，風景優美，武夷山的淡季，酒店很幽靜！ 服務：服務態度非常好，有求必應的感覺，很是開心！ 非常不錯的酒店，覺得以後夏天來會更舒服一些！

這一次自駕來武夷山旅遊，選擇入住椿泊度假酒店是非常正確的選擇。我選的是善璟大床房，房間的陽台對出去就是大王峯，酒店的早餐特別豐盛，而且每一位工作人員都彬彬有禮，每一個給我留下了很好的印象。另外還想説一下，酒店周邊的交通和配套也都很便利，酒店邊上就有一家洗車很乾凈的洗車店，方便了我們自駕的遊客。而且從酒店步行不遠就有可以到達九曲竹筏漂流碼頭的9路公交車站，武夷山的公交車是免費的哦。

椿泊是武夷山最喜歡最滿意的酒店。環境靜謐宜人，酒店內就自有乾坤，意外之喜是後門刷卡可以直達崇陽溪漫步道。 房間床品也舒適，衞生間很大。 唯一美中不足最近附近有施工。不過酒店處理非常到位。 由於計劃比較匆忙 沒有訂到其他房型。下次來再嘗試。 非常好。 誠意推薦
