Hotel is well maintained and room was very clean. Lobby is very relaxing and breakfast is very good.I liked the egg omlette taste. My request on Trip.com for room near lift and late checkout at 2pm was accepted very well. Room Air conditioning was too cold and I had to switch off and on to.keep it reasonable level. Remote control for AC woukd have been.better. Just a suggestion for hand wash-Put liquid soap instead of soap, as remaining soap gets wasted.Hotel iscin a central position being closer to Wutian street, Wuma pedestrian street, Jiangxin island as well as lot of eateries around.

Melu Liu provided excellent service at the front desk. She was very warm, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. Her hospitality truly made a difference.

Thanks for the upgrade. So far, it’s the best in Wenzhou. However, the room floor was so dusty and I had to call the housekeeping upon checking in. Furniture are quite dated. Next to mall which is very convenient. Breakfast was good with varieties

Disappointing… I always like to follow Sheraton brand because standard is always good . Rooms are dated Airconditioning didn’t work in my executive floor room Very dated old style hotel Won’t recommend this hotel to my clients

Hotel decent, big clean rooms, nice upgrade and allowed early check in, thanks! Interesting arrangement on the roof ‘bar’ and breakfast that never runs out🙃 would stay again though

The Sheraton Wenzhou provided an exceptional experience that exceeded all expectations. The way the staff treated me as a customer was truly outstanding, making me feel valued and appreciated every step of the way. The services, installations, and facilities were immaculately clean and maintained to the highest standards. The room itself was a perfect combination of comfort and elegance, offering a breathtaking view of the cityscape. The breakfast was nothing short of exceptional, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from.
