Le Chateau du Bost

A charming hotel with convivial hosts. We opted for one of the standard rooms which was quite small (as we expected) but clean and well presented overlooking the moat. We took a walk down through the woods, followed by an excellent evening meal with friendly and efficient service. We would recommend taking a 10 minute drive down to walk along the banks of the Allier and enjoy the riverside parks.

Completely over priced at €250 per night given the small room offered the unappealing decor and the fact that all evidence of the former chateau had been removed by the interior designers. Very disappointing.

Honestly, this is the place where you want to stay! Wonderful surrounding and interior design. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. And fo not forget to reserve for a dinner menu: stunning and amazing!

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The food was super really lovely and breakfast they asked what you want and made it fantastic. The room was very small and a shame not possible to open window fully as TV was in front. But very clean and new.

Un cadre remarquable, un service irréprochable et fort sympathique, et un confort très appréciable. Une très belle expérience.

Situé prés de Vichy ce lieu est très agréable pour une escapade touristique et gourmande. La table mérite le détour avec des produits frais et d'excellentes saveurs. Le service est digne d'un très bon restaurant gastronomique.

L'hébergement vous ravit dès l'arrivée : des chambres très confortables, une hospitalité remarquable. La restauration est excellente : le chef vous reçoit pour que chaque client devienne un hôte privilégié.

Notre séjour de 2 nuits au Chateau du Bost a été parfait du début jusqu'à la fin. Rien à redire sur l'hôtel, dont les Chambres sont spacieuses et parfaitement équipées. Les petits déjeuners sont copieux, avec des produits de qualité. Nous garderons un excellent souvenir de nos 2 diners au Restaurant de l'Hôtel. Tout était parfait : le service, la qualité des mets, les vins proposés, un plateau de fromage incroyable .... Un grand bravo au Chef Stéphane ROESCH (qui sait allier une cuisine raffinée et un accueil chaleureux et authentique), ainsi qu'à toute son équipe. Nous reviendrons, sans aucun doute, dans ce très bel établissement.
