房間十分乾淨，沙灘無比漂亮，翡翠海名不虛傳，自助餐在古巴來説也算湊合，不虛此行。

Приехала в 22.45 с ужина застала только кипяток и остатки фруктов и банановые чипсы. Номер был отличный. Кровать чистая, отлаженная, ёршик был но фен не работал. Розетка только в санузле русская. Но хотя бы так. На завтрак были фрукты, омлет (индивидуального приготовления), мюсли, вареное яйцо , какие-то сладости, похожие на пахлаву, соки, кофе (невкусный) . Обед- какое-то мясо, бобы и рис, фасоль, зелень мятая и сухая.. соки, фрукты, тосты можно приготовить самостоятельно. Всё какое-то не очень.. или пресное, или безвкусное,или пересоленое

Opção média-boa pra curtir Varadero. Não espere luxo, mas a localização é perfeita.

Мы брали перед вылетом иут один день олинклюзив. Ну отель, честно скажу, оочень уставший) фен так и не дали. еда нормальная, но не очень большой шведский стол. вина нет(((( Но в целом чистенько и удобные кровати.

飯菜一天就吃膩，每家酒店對着的沙灘就他家最臟，其他都還好，古巴啥都缺，確實已經不容易。

A wonderful smaller resort so everything is close by. The staff were all friendly and professional. The pool was immaculate and of course,the beach is one of the finest in the world. Within walking distance of downtown and the souvenir markets as well as cafes and bars. This was my second time here and I will be back again.

Everything was wonderful we got one of the duplex but changed to a room more bright clean and comfortable. Food was good, I didnt go hungry. The beach was amazing and Cammy took us out on the small catamaran a few times. Our waitress in the buffet Ann was awsome met us with smiles and hugs every day. Yoel and all the bar staff were FANTASTIC 🥰always ready to make you a drink and remember what you like to drink.our room was #349 our maid was great room cleaned bed made ,water and clean towels every day 😀 This is a small hotel with everything you need to enjoy it! Where the staff become your friend with a hello every day.

Miriam, Renaldo, Ricardo are amazing. They work at the pool bar. So friendly and funny. This is one of my favourite resorts I have been to in Varadero. I’d come back here again!! ♥️♥️♥️ The food is also really good. Our room faces the ocean and we have an amazing view. I also love that it’s not a huge resort

It's my first time I visited here .very good service and helping staff .special entertainment staff was so kind and helping . Yaniela, Yoislan and Jose Luis.they are doing pretty much they know about their job and attending personally everyone .it's very difficult but they do .

Amazing resort. Quaint and boutique style. Personalized service and care. Excellent customer service, Annabel Lopez was excellent. High customer engagement and assistance. Annabel, was helpful, kind and ensured our dining experience was enjoyable. Many great staff including Barbara and a lovely lady at the lunch bar as well. Lobby bar and beach bar excellent. Staff helped with everything from carrying a lawn chair to the oceans edge to helping us with our room and being pleasant and inviting. The resort felt like a long lost family. I’m going back very soon, the staff made the difference here. Excellent service, a perfect place to relax.

I had an exceptional holiday, in a beautiful and comfortable environment, with a wonderful sea. I had all the services as booked and as I expect to find in Varadero. The food is good, if some complain you have to consider that Cuba is not like the EU or USA and that in this resort I ate even better than others where I stayed. Positive note that due to a poor service of a Cuban transport company that is not connected to the hotel, especially the reception and the security staff, helped me and my partner a lot to overcome a difficult situation without asking us for extra money and with great kindness. Highly recommended. Thank you very much!
