The Aru Hotel, located in Tanjung Aru, is conveniently situated near Tanjung Aru Beach and Kota Kinabalu International Airport. However, the soundproofing is not great, and you might occasionally hear the sound of flight engines from your room. The amenities are comprehensive, featuring a spacious room, kitchen area, bar table, TV with Netflix, hairdryer, and safe. The washroom is well-maintained, and the shower gel smells good. Complimentary parking is also available. However, there is no restaurant on-site. The breakfast provided is very simple and delivered to your room.

The hotel is very new & clean. Excellent facilities with very impressive car parking storage system. Maybe the first in Sabah. Anyway, I'd like to suggest installing rack or holder inside the shower room for the body wash & shampoo coz we need to bend down for the bottles that place on the floor. Breakfast is quite pathetic actually. Maybe can consider not to offer breakfast at all. It will be perfect if could improve these 2 items. Anyway, I enjoyed my stay.

Good seaview from the bedrooms balcony and the entire room is clean and tidy. No comments on the facilities as we didn’t spend time in the hotel. Staff are polite and smile.

Best place, affordable. Comfortable place for a family. Its very near to the airport and beach. For this room, you can't get it if you book around city center. its near city center and Tanjung Aru beach too. They also provide stove and cooking utensil, microwave and even coffee machine. Totally gonna repeat this place. The only thing that need an improvement is their swimming pool. There is no towel service and not enough place to sit.

Excellent view can get from their roof top of Aru Suites with pool view, and also sea view.My family was very exciting to see the eroplane depart and arrive at the terminal

Spacious and comfortable. The floor was dusty on the first day when we checked in, but after talking to the front desk, it was very clean when we returned the second time after coming back from Kundasang. Overall we had a wonderful stay.

Overall excellent, nice view, can see sunset, big room for deluxe type. Clean swimming pool and gym. But breakfast is fair not enough choice and serve to room only and no extra camplimentary drink such as juice. Need to prepare deposit money even you have full paid. But overall I'm satisfy with the room..

The apartment like layout of the suite is rather pleasing and spacious. Swimming pool is clean and big enough to swim laps, has a good view of the planes landing and taking off.

Convenient automated parking and nice spacious room. Microwave, hot plate and kettle allows simple meal preparation.

Absolutely spacious comfy penthouse. There are 3rooms with 4bathrooms. Equipped with washer and dryer, hassle free to do laundry before ending our trip. Same level as swimming pool that facing KKIA. Enjoy watching airplanes landing and taking off while swimming, so much fun with my families. Love their elevated parking bays, easily park & retrieve our car.
