Hoewel de locatie van deze hotel ver van de atad, maar het is heel dichterbij openbaarvervoer die redelijk snel en direct verbinding om naae het centrum van Stockholm zowel naar de kuchthaven Alanda. Veel voorzieningen in de buurt zoals supermarkt, restauranten, bus haltes, apotheken, taxi’s, winkels, en dichterbij de snelweg.

A two night stay along with 28 group members. Hotel building is grand and attracting. Reception manned by polite and helping staff. Reception area is well decorated and eye catching. Four fast lifts to take you to 17th floor rooms. Room is ok with basic comfortable facilities .Shower area is very small so bit uncomfortable. Breakfast is good and well spread could be better with fre more selection for Indian vegetarian. What I enjoyed most is cozy swimming pool and sauna. Overall a very satisfying experience.m

I had a wonderful stay! The indoor scenery was fantastic, creating a relaxing atmosphere throughout the property. The pool was perfect for kids, providing a safe and fun environment for them to enjoy. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel’s proximity to the airport made it convenient, and the view from our room was excellent, offering a pleasant and scenic outlook. Overall, a great experience!

Onthe surface a nice hotel but it has gotten a worse since I stayed here eight years ago. The room ventilation sucks. Room was warm and humid, smelled swetty and poo from neighbor room. The room itself looked nice just a little aged and torn. Cleaning was ok, a little dusty. The bed was comfy. Pool area looked nice but the booking system was not used and way too many ppl showed up. Ppl did not shower before sauna or pool, duscusting. Breakfast was okay but too crowded - again booking was not used by most ppl. Food ran out all the time and the staff didn't refill. No warm milk for chocolate. Vegetables were dry. Dinner restaurant was nice but a little pricey. Food tasted very well. The overall athmosphere is nice but the hotel needs to work on the rooms and breakfast.

Our family of four had a wonderful stay at Scandic Infra City. The hotel provided two comfortable rooms that were clean, spacious, and well-appointed. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. We especially enjoyed the modern amenities, including the gym and the indoor pool. The delicious breakfast buffet was a highlight, offering a wide variety of options, from fresh fruits and pastries to hot dishes and local specialties, catering to all our preferences. The hotel’s location was convenient, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. We highly recommend it for a comfortable and enjoyable family stay.

Attended a conference on the first floor, up the escalators. Even though there is a designated eating area for conference participants, the hotel would not allow us to use it, we had to sit at our seats and eat lunch. It was ridiculous. One morning the escalators didn’t work, the people at the reception couldn’t care less. Impossible to use elevators instead, because the glassdoors leading into the elevators were locked. Again, no service mindedness at all from reception. It was clear the conference hall had not cleaned properly when we arrived. I have attended many workshops, never before experienced anything like this. Hotel rooms and breakfast great, but I really hope next time we have a conference it will be another place so we can get some proper service and not be treated as second rate costumers.

Great hotel with beautiful indoor garden and pond. Good breakfast. Only thing it's close to the highway so it's a bit noisy and not so easy to move around by foot.

We were there for a convention in July. The rooms was extremely hot with no air conditioner or central air. Was only provided a fan which just circulate the heat within the rooms. The windows do not open. And being on the 10th floor the heat rises. After begging the clerk if they could please at least open the window (which needs a special key to do so) we finally got one night rest without having an almost stroke. On arriving to our room even the person understood the suffering we dealt with for the first 3 nights. This person was taken back as entering our room and the wave of heat punched in the face as it did ours ever day we stayed. Breakfast was not imaginable nor much of a variety. Dinner we reserved (cost much for very little) the buffet and they ran out of food and we often had to wait for help. Only 1-2 person staff to run the restaurant.

Great hotel, good breakfast, nice staffs, clean and well organized rums. I'm looking forward to my next visit in Scandic Infra City.
