I believe that the hotel is excellent, that's why I booked. But I didn't stay because I fall down in tores del paine and broke my wrist. I can't call hotel in my pain and no signal as well. So I hope the management would make a refund on my booking..at least 50% I would appreciate because I have to book another hotel near Punta Arenas hospital. If management needs documents to support this report I will email privately Thank you

hotel is big, so you are constantly surrounded by guests and do not have a feel like you’re in a remote location. Very strict and inflexible dining hours - you have to book for dinner at a certain time and if you miss it, staff are inflexible with changing the time even though there are lots of availability at the hotel restaurant.

Hotel bem localizado próximo a entrada do parque nacional Torres del Pine. Destaque para os quartos que oferecem vista para os maciços de Torre del Pine. Um quadro pela janela do quarto. Destaque para o SPA e piscina é muito boa para descansar e relaxar ao final do dia. Café da manhã bom, mas não excelente. Restaurante e bar com boas opções de menu ala carte. Carta de vinhos muito fraca para o preço do hotel e dos pratos. Ainda lembrando que o Chile é um país com tantas opções de boas vinícolas.

房間一般。服務人員職業假笑。the massif的day trip還不錯！同時推薦旁邊的pampa lodge 比較温馨但是吃的沒有rio好。

設施很簡陋，房間裏面電視和熱水壺都沒有，衞生條件也不好，像是國內三星半的標準吧，很老很陳舊的感覺，是白人老年人喜歡的那種風格，高級房是浴缸，不乾淨。服務還可以。值得説的就是酒店的風景，住在高級房風景很漂亮。酒店的地理位置不好，離百內國家公園開過去也要1個多小時，離機場附近的鎮子也要一個多小時，前不着村後不着店，這個價格真的不是很值，不如要麼就住百內裏面，要麼就住鎮上報一日遊的團。3k多的房間住出1k的感覺。如果大家一定要住這個酒店的話，建議自駕前往，不然打車200美金而且什麼司機願意拉。

設施不齊全，衞生不合格，一開始的房間裏面一股油漆味，後面換了房間好多了。不建議住標準房，一樓的沒風景還人來人往的。酒店lobby環境不錯，周邊很荒蕪。服務可以。

酒店距離百內國家公園的南門很近，坐在酒店可以看到周圍的雪山冰川。服務態度不錯，餐食也很豐富。酒店周圍養了很多馬，停車場裏到處都是馬糞，進酒店的路與百內周圍的公路一樣，都是搓板路，與酒店的規格不配

環境：酒店位於百內公園入口處，去景點交通方便。望出去就是山景很漂亮。 設施：有泳池，SPA，臨時還沒約上。 智利的酒店是沒有熱水壺的（和阿根廷不同），房間也沒有水，要方便衹能喝自來水…… 旅行社也在酒店裡，訂項目方便，用車較貴。

住了不到一週，感覺隔天就會有新問題發生，要麼是價格先斬後奏，要麼是淋浴設施出問題，硬件軟件每一個能跟得上，出了問題還沒有解決問題的能力。服務態度呢就更呵呵了，誰去誰知道。🤷 我遇上幾個美國客人，他們也都在投訴酒店的各種問題，還在抱怨酒店房價和所提供的服務質量天差地別。看來也不止是我有悲慘遭遇。 怎麼説呢，這個價格就定了這麼個酒店，實實在在當了回冤大頭。

沒租車不建議，另外訂他們的活動，衹要付了錢就不退了，訂去港口的車票，還要收10%服務費，吃飯10%的小費服務環境不錯可以理解，訂車票將過份了！

An unforgettable experience! The staff is so attentive, the amenities are amazing, the food is phenomenal, and the views (as long as you pick a mountain view) are unparalleled. Highly recommend staying at this hotel.

amazing property to stay at while visiting Torres del Paine! Rooms are very nice and spacious, breakfast has lots of options (including dairy free), pool and sauna are so nice after a long day of hiking. And the views from everywhere in the hotel cant be beat

We stayed at Rio Serrano the night before our wedding and it was amazing! There was a bottle of wine for us when we arrived and the food was perfect! Also, close to the park of course!

Excellent hotel in beautiful setting. Very good breakfast in dining room with incredible views. Room was very comfortable and also had incredible views. Sad I had to leave.
