I’d really love this hotel, the service is great and the place is clean. The only downside and problem I have was that there was no ventilation for single rooms which caused me to get sick as there’s no heating and no air ventilation, had to open the window for some air and it was cold at night.

1人旅行で利用しました。 ホテルのお部屋は可愛くバスルームもとてもおしゃれでした。アメニティは最低限でしたので歯ブラシ、旅行用BODYスポンジなどは持っていくことをおすすめします。(フロントにお願いしたらもらえた？) また利便性がよくミュンヘン中央駅もすぐなのでとてもよかったです。 朝ごはん付きにしました。とても美味しかったのですが種類が少なく少しお高く感じました。周りにご飯屋さんもたくさんあるので、つけなくても良いかと思います。 サービスはとても素晴らしかったです。とても居心地の良い二日間でした＾＾

德國一行中最喜歡的一家酒店，這個價格來説，酒店無可挑剔。強烈推薦。 位置：太方便了，不能更方便了…步行到瑪麗亞廣場，就可以完成慕尼黑市區一日遊。（步行10-15分鐘吧）步行5分鐘到慕尼黑中央車站，（坐高鐵去的法蘭克福）周邊就是商業中心，地鐵，有軌電車…市中心的酒店，離機場遠點，離吃喝玩樂近。 酒店設施：典型的歐洲古典風格裝飾。酒店本身就是個小景點…房間很寬敞，床太舒服了，浴室廁所…有點奢華了…門臉兒低調，內涵豐富。 服務：沒得挑啊，走了德國3個城市，就慕尼黑人臉上有笑臉，説話有温度…有禮貌，有愛心… 早餐：25歐一位，環境極佳…吃的還是那一套了…但是環境好啊……咖啡不錯。一同吃早飯的人，感覺都是富裕人家的中老年，穿着體面，舉止得體… 推薦，真心推薦。

房間設施有些老舊，但是不得不説老酒店的服務真的很好，尤其是我們堆在床上的睡衣，晚上回來後清潔人員幫我們疊成了不同造型！真的很用心！衞生也不錯，房間很乾凈。

因為第二天要趕火車，所以訂的這家酒店，位置好，離火車站非常近，交通便利，適合商務出差，房間設施不錯，乾淨高檔，也挺大的，住着舒適

完美的單人豪華間，服務和洗髮水minibar都特別好

The location was great. Construction next door but did not hear it. Staff were all professional and helpful. Actually the staff was the best part of our stay. Our room was on 5th floor then walk up another 2 flights. The room needed updating beds were 2 twins pushed together firm almost felt like sleeping on box spring. No safe in room or coffee/tea pot but it did have a mini fridge/bar.

The hotel is very close to München central station and convenient. The room we were using was large enough and the interior was nice. But window is not sound proof and the room was very noisy from trams and other traffic.

Great area. Beautiful hotel. Everything is wonderful in regards to the location, shopping, things to do and see but they definitely need to update the property. Just a little dated in the rooms but I still had a wonderful stay. The breakfast and bar had excellent food. The bar/restaurant were located in the lobby.

Very convenient to the main train station and an easy walk to Marienplatz, but the windows are not great for sound insulation from the trolley line. Hotel is clean and very nice, and the bed was very comfortable. The heater was adjustable (and worked). The adjustable shower head was difficult to fix where needed and often sprays water on the floor, but this seems common for European hotels.

Excellent staff and very nice hotel. The construction nearby starts at 7am and can be noisy.

The parking situation is terrible due to construction the hotel is very diffcult to locate with GPS , but once you get inside of the hotel the service is five star and staff is highly professional and do their best to meet every single one of your needs. Very Respectfully Matthew A. Jackson

Pros: staff excellent, friendly and most helpful with dining recommendations, directions and using the trains. Elegant setting and dining and Vinotek were excellent. Great location one block from main train station. Easy walk to various old Munich locations, dining and shopping. Cons: Dated. Rooms were stuffy and over warm. Hot water in shower fluctuated constantly almost to scalding. No switchable current for 110 appliances. Adapters and a transformer are a must. Comforters on beds heavy and hot. Entrance somewhat hidden off main thoroughfare. Over priced for the accommodations. Would stay again just for the location and staff.
