Regarding the issue of hot water supply, we have carried out a comprehensive maintenance on the boiler equipment to ensure that sufficient hot water can be provided to guests throughout the day. As for the dirty and messy condition of the rooms, it is a serious dereliction of our duty. We will strengthen the supervision and management of the guest room cleaning process, requiring our staff to clean the rooms more meticulously, including thoroughly removing the stains on the tables, promptly cleaning the trash cans, and dealing with and maintaining the moldy walls, so as to create a clean and tidy living environment for our guests. We will take this feedback as an opportunity to comprehensively improve the service quality and facility level of our hotel.
