Less than 500 meters from Bloor street. 5-minute-walking distance from Ossington subway station. A variety of restaurants, banks, coffee shops, convenience stores, Dufferin mall and Galleria mall are located within walking distance.This is a basement apartment of a traditional home. The apartment has a fully stocked private kitchen, a dining area with living room. It has own private washroom, and a spacious bedroom. The bedroom has a doulbe size bed, plus a sofa bed in living room, one more singled sized bed could be added to the living room.
