Tôi chỉ ở lại một đêm nên không trải nghiệm nhiều về trang thiết bị. Phòng sạch sẽ và đẹp, dịch vụ đúng giờ. Khách sạn nằm gần ga tàu điện ngầm Osgoode, trong khu trung tâm thành phố đông đúc. Ánh sáng trong phòng hơi mờ, không phù hợp để viết và làm việc vào ban đêm. Tôi không có cơ hội ký gửi hành lý (sau khi trả phòng và trước khi rời thành phố) vì nhân viên không phải lúc nào cũng có mặt ở đúng nơi quy định tại sảnh đợi—tôi không có thời gian chờ họ quay lại.

All was fine except The Market, the supposedly 24hr shop in the lobby for snacks etc., was not open at all during our stay. Missed this a bit as there are no mini-bar offerings in the room.

Check in was easy, room was big, clean, and comfortable. Sauna and gym added lots to the stay. Would recommend to anyone!

I start with the good things. Everyone was friendly and the room was large with a very nice view of the CN tower. The hotel accommodated my request to change from a double bed room to a king size bed room on a upper floor. However, there were many issues with my stay. First, the pool area is in poor condition and the inside patio area has a very dirty rug and the furniture is beat down. The rug and furniture are such easy fixes. Second, the room service is the most disappointing. The online order form didn't work to preorder breakfast and there is no phone to reach anyone about it. The service button on the phones in the room do not work! Also room service offers very limited food choices and very limited time spans during which you can order. Except for a few items (creme brulée, french onion soup) the breakfast items selection and taste was disappointing. Third, the TV movie on demand service worked only sporadically. The hotel did remove the movie charge from my bill. Finally, although everything was clean and the bed was made everyday, for some reason the coffee/tea amenities I used daily were not replenished (even after I made the request) and the bed skirt was so winkled it looked like it was left wet in a drying machine... I stayed at this hotel because my daughter has a reward program with Hilton. I will not return to this hotel. For similar prices, amenities and location perks, there are much better options in Toronto.

Everything was perfect however there was no area within the building to smoke. I was directed outside the building for this.

Nice hotel in the centre of Toronto . Walkable to shopping and financial district.

The hotel was amazing and definitely worth the price. Great rom, pretty modern and super comfortable.

Over all good but bathroom in room is small. Also after  leaving at 10 in the morning I came back at 4pm and my room had not been cleaned. Nor were other rooms on my floor.

The check in was quick and came with two complementary waters. The design of the lobby was nice and the room was very spacious and well furnished, especially for its location in the busier areas of the city. I liked how there was a full body mirror in the room and in many places other in the hotel. There are a good amount of restaurants and transportation options nearby so it was very easy to navigate as a tourist. Unfortunately the door/walls had bad noise insulation so I kept mistaking the sound of doors/keys for people trying to enter my room which made me feel quite uneasy and paranoid. This is the only reason took a star off each category of this rating.

Beautiful new lobby, heated pool with amazing city view, gym was okay. Upgraded my room to 26th floor with lovely view of CN tower! No bottled water or coffee/tea in rooms. They sent up a kettle but no mugs or teas bags so a bit pointless. Room service didn’t have any vegetarian options. Very Comfortable bed and big TV, but only cable channels, would be nice to provide Netflix or other streaming apps.
