The hotel is great, great view, great location, great staff, clean and very spacious. What you want to see in Vigo is within 5-10 walking distance from the hotel, right infant of the marina where you can take the ferry ( water local taxi) to go to the neighbor towns. We stayed during the Christmas Lights season which are amazing, 100% recommended. I'll definitely stay here again.

La atención del personal del hotel ha sido buena. La ubicación del hotel es excelente. La habitación y el cuarto de baño estaban limpios. Pero al hotel le hace falta un "lavado de cara a fondo". La fachada del hotel estaba muy sucia y descuidada. Los marcos de las ventanas del hotel debían tener 40 años. En el cuarto de baño se notaba que la bañera, el lavabo y el inodoro tenían también muchos años.

Hotel excelentemente situado, al lado del puerto. Habitaciones amplias, limpias y con unas vistas estupendas a la ría y el puerto. Todo muy limpio y cama cómoda con 2 almohadas. Desayuno buffet bastante completo y correcto. La bollería un poco floja y cuando se acaban los alimentos estaría bien reponer porque si desayunas a última hora de algunas cosas ya no queda. Eso sí el hotel está pid8endo una reforma las instalaciones están anticuadas (ventanas, suelos, azulejos, baños...) Se agradecería un poco más de simpatía por parte de las personas de recepción excepto una trabajadora que no era española.

O café da manhã era servido fora do hotel em uma cafeteria muito boa, porém pegávamos chuva e muito frio para chegar ao local do café. E falta uma cafeteira nos apartamentos é o mínimo que se espera de um 4 estrelas uma cafeteira no quarto.

Excelente atención por parte de los trabajadores del Hotel. Nos encantó la habitación y sobre todo las vistas. Repetiría sin dudas!

Hotel muy bien ubicado y relación calidad precio buena. Es un gran hotel pero creo que una pequeña reforma y lavado de imagen no le vendría mal. El agua caliente no funcionaba es el único pero que le puedo poner en realidad , aunque todo se puede estropear alguna vez. El personal de recepción encantador.

It is quite a noisy hotel due to marble floors which make it a bit of an echo chamber. It has a very small car park for which we paid about 17 euros or so per night. The car park is very tight and spaces can be challenging. I could not believe on our last night we were woken up by Manuel on reception it was after midnight and he wanted me to move my car! It was because my car was in an electric car space which was the only space available when we parked. But to call us up at that time and get us out of bed to move the car was very annoying. It topped off 7 nights of bad sleep. On the plus side hotel location and the check in staff were great.
