I am travelling with family with elderly. The location is good. Room design is good. Staff are helpful and responsive. It’s close to metro and it’s easy to get a taxi there too. Many restaurants around and in a walkable distance. Love the spa there as well. It’s also lovely to have the snacks inside room upon check in. Good to have something to eat and wind down after check in.

Even though two people stayed in a twin room, only one of the prized pineapple cakes was offered. Until last year, it was placed for the number of people in the room. If it is the company's own cake and it is also for advertising, it should be placed for the number of people, and we felt sad that we were not entertained.

Over all a good hotel but pearl lounge bar services is bad and Chinese restaurant services needs improvement

The hotel is clean. It is located in a great location. However, the hotel has rigid rules and regulations.

Honestly bit disappointed. Hotel seems a lot older than it actually is.

Had a great stay for 2 nights. The room experience was perfect. But the hotel main lobby is quite small and extremely busy with guest and diners traffic, giving guest little to no space to sit or stand.

Loved the stay! The room is bright, clean & spacious. Hotel is located within 5mins walk to the Zhong Shan Metro Station. Hotel staffs were very friendly & helpful. Definitely recommend!

Lobby is beautiful and the Cafe, Bar is gorgeous. The room is very spacious and thick and heavy doors making the room so quiet. Had a great sleep. I love this hotel more than W Hotel.

I am very disappointed with my stay at Taipei Okura. When I checked in on the first day, I found a lot of mold around the bathtub, and mold on the marble on the bathroom wall. The front desk helped me find another room, but it was also moldy. The cleanliness standard of Okura Taipei is very low. Will not choose to stay in this hotel in the future. disappointment! disappointment!

Stayed for two nights. Room was clean and the two pineapple tarts in the room were a nice gesture. Breakfast was good with a lot of ********* and Japanese options.

The hotel is excellent, service is great.
