Thiết kế của phòng hơi cũ, nhưng phòng được hiện đại hóa với rèm cửa điện, ổ cắm tường USB, điều khiển đèn tập trung và bồn cầu điện. Các tiện nghi được trang bị đầy đủ. Các phòng rất rộng rãi. Trung tâm chăm sóc sức khỏe ở tầng trên cùng rất đẹp. Bạn có thể ở trong phòng tập thể dục, sử dụng spa hoặc bơi trong khi ngắm cảnh Đài Bắc. Nhân viên lịch sự và hữu ích. Tôi chắc chắn sẽ giới thiệu khách sạn này cho bất kỳ ai đến thăm Đài Bắc.

They upgraded my room! I really enjoy staying in Okura Prestige. The gym is great and they have sauna and pools. The location is good too, you can go shopping and a walkable distance to night markets

Best location, next to shopping centres and MRT station. The room is spacious, clean and well maintained. The services is detailed and attentive. I will stay again when I go to Taipei again.

I visit Taipei once every one or two months but this was my first time staying in Okura Prestige Taipei. I personally love this hotel very much because of the staff's excellent service. I had a special request due to my daughter's health issue and the staff tried her best to accommodate my needs. I can see staffs everywhere to assure their guests are being well taking care of. All the staffs are very helpful and pay attention to guests needs. Whenever I requested anything from my room, staffs will deliver in a few minutes and present to me with a smile. Okura Prestige Taipei will be my only choice to stay whenever I visit Taipei in the future. Thank you all for their assistance.

Excellent location outstanding services

I booked a hotel to celebrate my birthday, and booked a city view room through Trip.com. When I checked in and entered the room, the view was completely different, and all I could see were the roofs of old houses. I checked with the front desk, and the female staff member, Ms. Ye, told us that we could change to a city view room if we paid extra. I can't believe it! I booked a city view, so why would I have to pay extra? Also, the hotel called the day before to confirm the reservation and said that they would accommodate my birthday celebration on Friday the 12th. It ruined the stay that my family had made so much effort to arrange. It was very unpleasant.

The service is excellent and good quality, will come back again for sure!
