Overall stay was nice in the hotel. Rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast had many western and Chinese options, which were good. Our package included indoor hot-spring experience which was suitable considering the cold weather outside. Only disappointment was 'Nausicaa of the Wind Tour Ticket' which was included in the package while booking from trip.com. In trip.com under package details it was mentioned that it was a scenic stop/park and we thought entry to that place is free but additional rides are payable. This information was absolutely misleading as after wasting lot of time, the information we received (after calling the provided contact number, talking with Hotel staff) was 'Nausicaa of the Wind Tour Ticket' was not located in or nearby the hotel but was in a totally far-off place. No clear information was provided by calling the contact number on how to use the offer as mentioned in trip.com booked package description. Either trip.com should remove that offer or provide a clear description about the location of that place, with pictures if possible, otherwise people will feel lucrative about the offer and go for the booking which actually is misleading.

i have been to the hot springs three times before but I had never stayed at the hotel. This was my first time. I imagine the receptionist felt a little nervous when faced with two foreigners and maybe she felt shy. However, I found her lack of greeting, not a 你好 or 下午好， a little cold. When she did communicate with us, it was in super fast Mandarin to which I requested 请慢慢说 to no avail. She repeated just as fast twice more. I felt frustrated and then resorted to using a translation app. She called over an English-speaking Indonesian staff member. I don’t have the expectation that people will speak English to me, but I do appreciate slowing down in Mandarin and using simpler language. Hand gestures help a lot also. I wish she had told us the WiFi password, and where to access the hot springs. These are two key pieces of information a receptionist should provide when you check into a hot springs hotel. Our room had plastic flip flops to be worn to the hot springs. My pair had two left feet. When I showed the staff member on the second floor, she was helpful and got me a new pair. The hot springs were lovely, as usual. The buffet breakfast was better than the buffet dinner. The layout of the hotel leaves you walking from building to building. At first it’s confusing, but then it becomes okay.

It is difficult to rate the location....far away from the trainstation. If you go to a place like that, you know what you get. Facilities are not new but all ok. In some of the various swimming pools, the water quality seemed to be not very good (not talking about the hot terms). The staff is friendly and helpful. The only thing I really need to complain about is the food quality (I considered that in the "Cleanliness"). At the first breakfast there was something wrong with the apples, honeymelons and yoghurt (although it was packed and the expiration date was ok). I had chinese soup on the pool on the afternoon that tasted old and not good too. The food on the other days seemed to be ok although I didn`t eat much anymore. Afterall I had physical problems for 5 days.

Love this place. I have stayed here 3 times, and been to their hot springs 4 times total. For Tuankou town, this hotel is the best. The hot tubs are wonderful, so many different ones and different temperatures, it never gets boring. Gorgeous landscaping around the hot tubs. The buffets are great, too! Nice and efficient staff, as well. Can't wait to go back again.

Great location, beautiful setting. Great pool and other water related activities. Nothing much else to do though, no trekking. And other activities in the hotel are very expensive. There is very cheap food accessible in one location near the slides. Staff super friendly but no English whatsoever so be prepared.

從攜程網上訂了一個天使小木屋，來到酒店，前台給了一個免費升級景觀無陽台大床房，房間空間很大，設施齊全，清潔乾淨，酒店服務態度很好，去温泉，去餐廳都能及時得到引導，其他需求，也是及時處理。非常滿意。

這個酒店就是太舊了，所以很多設施跟不上，衞生跟不上，設施很多也壞了，連洗澡水也很艱難，不是太燙就是太冷，洗個澡大部分時間都在調解水温，還有些温泉裏服務員阿姨態度不耐煩，體驗感有點差

房間格局非常好，帶小陽台，望出去的風景真的是太美了。第一天下雨天雲霧繚繞躺在床上看到對面的山非常的治癒。雨季的緣故，室外温泉區域雖然沒有全部開放，但因為室內有汗蒸房，又多了可玩的項目。反正年年都來幾次，真的是性價比之王。

湍口眾安氡温泉酒店環境優美，露天温泉♨讓人流連忘返，自助早餐和晚餐豐盛可口，房間衞生乾淨，週末客流量較多。

房間可以的，住在天翼小木屋，離泡温泉的地方非常近，設施都非常可以，前台服務的小姜，非常熱情，給個贊，下次還會來。

哎，一言難盡，非常差的一次入住體驗！！真的不值2300一晚的價格，整個房間充斥着舊舊的感覺，一進房間一股木頭的黴味… 櫃門打開都有吱呀吱呀的聲音，房間的洗漱用品給的連三星酒店的都不如… 這也就算了，最嚇人的是衞生間的螞蟻隨處可見，地板上洗手枱上，看到好多，以至於睡覺的時候身上都感覺渾身刺撓… 空調的聲音，噪音巨大，關掉之後還時不時會發出怪聲音，睡覺的床軟的過分，非常不舒適，導致大半夜還睡不着覺，太折磨了，真的是睜着眼睛到天亮… 從地下車庫走到前台再到入住的地方，要繞個三路十八彎。説是景觀房，一拉開窗簾兩棟老舊的建築立在眼前，也不知道是觀哪裡的景… 自助餐品種少得可憐，裏面的水果也不新鮮，飲料是那種兑糖精的劣質飲料，海鮮區一看就不新鮮，都不敢拿，就這多出的人還要收198一位，顧客花這老些錢，你們倒是把品質提升一下呢？ 總而言之，非常後悔驅車一百多公里到這地方，哎，真的是花錢買罪受，不會再來第二次的地方，有這錢去哪裡不香！

房間是温泉大廳的樓上，停車方便，住的套房，超級舒服。 總共有20多個温泉小池，我們一直打卡一樣完成了所有池子的泡湯，雖然池子是室外的，但是泡湯一會再出來，全身散着熱氣♨，一點都不冷~冬天泡湯真的很享受！讓全身血液加速循環~

入住各項都比較滿意，環境很優美，小孩子也很滿意，唯一令我覺得不好的地方就是淋浴的温度一會很燙，一會很冷
