入住時，前台給升級到中高區的海景房，望出去就是一整片果凍藍的美景，實在是太養眼了，呆了幾天，覺得都不近視了。酒店各個餐廳都不錯，除了日式餐廳，其他的都去了，都超出我的預期，美味可口，服務也很周到。特別推薦海邊Isla Contoy餐廳，景色太棒了，一邊吃飯一邊吹着海風欣賞美景，愜意極了。酒店還出乎意料提供了免費去女人島的來回船票，還有專人陪我們上船，服務很貼心。總之，這個酒店性價比超高，我觀察了一下，他家所有的房間都是面朝大海的，衹是有些角度不同，不像有些酒店還有園景房，雖然房間的裝修和設施都有些年頭了，但是絲毫不影響入住體驗。就是海邊比較潮濕，如果配一個除濕機就更好了。

We are here on vacation. The facilities are great, but the service and management are terrible. 1. We booked an ocean-view room but were given a room with a roof view instead. The ocean view was completely blocked. We were told we couldn’t change the room because there were no available rooms. We had to stay in the roof-view room for one night until a proper ocean-view room became available the next day. No price difference was refunded, and we only received some snacks and a bottle of wine as compensation. 2. While we were sleeping in our room, a hotel staff member entered without our permission. This happened at 7 p.m., even though the room had already been cleaned in the morning and we did not hang a “cleaning required” sign on the door. We were extremely angry as this left us feeling shocked and unsafe. When we reported this to the front desk, they claimed that rooms are cleaned twice a day, which sounded strange since we’ve never encountered this policy at other hotels. We are unsure if this explanation was true. 3. The phone in our room was unable to connect to the front desk for three consecutive days. We reported the issue on the first day and were told it would be fixed, but it remained broken until we left. We never saw any maintenance staff come to repair it. Each time we needed to contact the front desk, we had to go downstairs.

Perfect stay for couples. My girlfriend and I have traveled to Cancun/playa Del Carmen in the past and like to split our time between 2 resorts. We did that again this time and live aqua was far and away better than the Riu that we stayed at during the first half of our trip. From the moment we were greeted and provided an overview of the resort, to the room, pools, beaches and amenities, it was all exactly what we were looking for in our romantic vacation. Brenda (who greeted us), Rebecca (who gave us a free welcome hand massage) , Marco (who was definitely the highlight of our trip and makes the smoothies in the buffet area), and Diesson (who we ran into multiple times in different areas) were just some of the staff we loved. We really enjoyed talking to each employee there, but don’t remember everyone’s name. The beach was super clean with little signs of sargassum. The beach area staff were also very attentive. They’ll dress a daybed for you and get you drinks in just minutes. Oh and Ramon was great too. He doesn’t work for the hotel, but he works for the jet skiing and parasailing spot on the beach in front of the resort. Oh and room service is extremely fast too. We’d call and they’d show up with drinks/food within 15-20 mins each time, even though it was a busy spring break week. Highly recommend this place over all of the other Cancun resorts I’ve stayed at previously.

I recently stayed at this hotel and noticed a few areas for improvement: 1. There was loud noise from what seemed like an exhaust fan outside, requiring the balcony door to be closed for quiet. 2. The room was very humid, and I hope the hotel can add a dehumidifier system. 3. There were too few power outlets, and the ones near the bed were awkwardly placed behind the bedside table, making them hard to reach. 4. The hotel had a noticeable damp smell in both the rooms and hallways, and ventilation was necessary to reduce it. 5. The Wi-Fi was slow and unstable, which was inconvenient. 6. As for the restaurant, the food tasted average, with the grilled meats being too salty. It would be great to see more breakfast variety, especially in terms of bread and sugar-free yogurt options.

Good location. Have a lot activities to do. The staff are nice and helpful. The beach is perfect and beautiful to swim and walk around and the food and wine is also really good here.

There is an important thing I have to mention here. Hope everyone is aware this situation before you book the hotel. Trip.com misled me about the price and what included when I booked my room. There were some room types without breakfast or meals. I tried to call the hotel to verify because they’re supposed an all inclusive hotel. I found out I’m right. No matter what room type you paid for. It supposed all inclusive package but trip.com tried to mark up more for the price in order to confuse people if they want to get all inclusive packages. Pros : 1. All the restaurants are good but they have specific schedule. You have to check which restaurants are opened everytime. 2. The room was clean and the view was stunning. 3. The room has a small place for room service. Cons : 1. There were lots of salespeople around the lobby. They always try to sell their club membership. Especially, the first day when you checked in. They are pretty aggressive though. 2. Location is a little far from the main street. 3.It’s a party so you can always hear loud music during the day until 10:00pm. Just pick somewhere else if you’re not a party person.

View khách sạn rất tốt, view phòng cũng rất tốt, phòng mới sửa lại, phòng tắm rất rộng, mình rất thích, có nhiều nhà hàng, rất phong phú, còn có cả quầy bar , nơi vui chơi dành cho cha mẹ và con cái, rất khuyến khích

Khách sạn nhìn chung rất tốt. Có vẻ như chúng tôi đã được nâng cấp. Đáng lẽ chúng tôi phải ở trong phòng tiêu chuẩn, nhưng nó đã được nâng cấp lên phòng suite. Các bữa ăn tại nhà hàng cần đặt trước nhìn chung rất ngon. Đặc biệt hộp màu trắng, nhiều món ăn rất ngon. Sau đó, một nhà hàng sáng tạo cũng rất ngon, giống như một bữa ăn ngon. Nhiều món ăn sáng tạo nhỏ được phục vụ và có người giới thiệu. Họ thậm chí còn thay thế nấm bằng các loại rau khác chỉ dành cho tôi (tôi không thích nấm). Con trai cần mặc quần dài và quần áo có cổ khi đến hầu hết các nhà hàng, nhưng con gái có thể mặc bất cứ thứ gì. Dịch vụ phòng cũng miễn phí cho các loại phòng của chúng tôi. Mini bar có đủ loại đồ uống và đồ ăn nhẹ. Nói chung là hài lòng, sẽ quay lại nếu giá rẻ hơn. Lưu ý nếu loại phòng không phải là Sian Kan thì nhiều thứ (dịch vụ, nhà hàng) sẽ bị tính thêm phí nên nếu chênh lệch giá không lớn thì nên đặt Sian Kan. Về cơ bản mọi thứ trong khách sạn đều miễn phí.

Vị trí rất tốt. Chúng tôi đã đặt một phòng suite bên bờ biển có ban công nhìn ra bãi biển. Phòng khá rộng và tiện nghi hơi cũ, nhưng có mọi thứ cần thiết. Dịch vụ phòng cũng rất tiện lợi, nhưng đồ ăn không ngon bằng ở nhà hàng yêu cầu phải đặt chỗ trước.

設施：常用的都有 衞生：打掃得還不夠仔細 環境：整體比較ok的 服務：墨西哥人辦事普遍比較死板 酒店位置本身處於7字中間 比較核心的看海區域 我們訂的海景房 看海效果還是非常好 海面也比較寬 晚餐 意大利餐廳 墨西哥餐廳 和la vista 需要預約 我們去得最多的是意大利餐廳 基本前菜的生醃牛肉會來x2 硬菜 蝦和牛排也會來兩份 （這家酒店的蝦 質量挺好的而且都是去殼去蝦線的）以往酒店沒這麼細 然後泳池 基本所有的泳池都可以看到加勒比海 就是太陽紫外線太強了 泳池裡多點遮陽物就好了 最後一個就是拍照出片了 需要一定運氣 必須有太陽 少雲 無海藻 具備這三點 就可以看到層色最美的加勒比海 坎昆藍 今天我們也準備離開酒店了 總體還是比較滿意的 坎昆之後再無海
