"I've been to dozens of Cancun all-inclusive resorts but there is no place like Temptation. We are American Asians in our late 20's and had a total blast at this place. Vibe- high energy party vibe with sexy employees and a topless optional pool. A totally carefree and relaxed environment for couples to getaway. Food- I read mixed reviews on food, but I must say I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and options of food available! I had plenty of amazing dishes to try everyday. I loved their steak burger, octopus, shrimp cocktail, sushi and more. Drinks- also pleasantly surprised that there were a TON of choices and quality options like Don Julio, black label and more. Service- excellent service as you can expect from all inclusive hotels. I would give a shout-out to POLO who works the quiet pool bar. Everyone else was friendly and helpful too. Entertainment- yes to the SHE restaurant. Have a 5 star quality meal while watching talented dancers work the stage and pole. What an experience! Everyday in the late afternoon there is a show at the pool, and they are funny AF but very naughty. The crowd loved it and were totally down. Tips and Notes -its a naughty place. Sensual and sexual themes, smells, vibes are pervasive. There are attractive couples of all ages, many who may be open to naughty experiences together. Of course everything is up to you and everyone is respectful. But anything goes here, as long as it's in your own room. -tip everyone. It will enhance the workers life and enhance your service as well! -in bash tower balcony rooms you may see couples putting on a ”show”. We wanted to see something crazy so we booked this room and sure as heck, we saw plenty of action! -bash tower rooms give you access to the rooftop pool and hot tubs. Great for lunch and to getaway from the rowdy sexy pool. -bash night club is always poppin. It's an outdoor Vegas style club with a huge bar, led stage and amazing nightly performances from talented dancers. Don't miss it! -2 to 5 nights is sufficient here, or you might get partied out -there is a timeshare type of pitch at the beginning, we didn't do it but that's up to you. You get some freebies and there's no commitment so just depends on your time. -while there's a fair amount of younger people, the average is definitely in the 40s. I do wish there were more Asians at the resort as it skews white/Hispanic. They should make the prices on trip.com better in order to boost the Asian demographic presence. That's my only suggestion!"

"We had a very good stay. While there was a disturbance in the the middle of the night, the hotel acted quickly to resolve the situation and compensate us for the issue. A special thanks to Wilberth at reception for his excellent service. He and the manager Alejandro clearly stood out with their attitude and hospitality, turning a negative experience into what is now a very positive one."

"Hotel is located at the north east point of Cancun strip, which allows to have an access to the beach at the northern side as well as at the eastern side. Both of the beaches are hidden from big waves by the piers. Turquoize suites are spacious and well maintained with an amazing view of the sea. Hotel territory is big enough for walks around it. Sea view from different spots is really beautiful. Hotel has several pools so that the clients can choose one suitable for them. There are several restaurants and bars in the hotel as well, which brings some diversity of options. Hotel staff is very friendly and polite. Service is really good. Overall nice impression of the hotel. Turquoize suite also has a separate building, which is more quiet and a separate swimming pool with a good view of the sea. Definitely recommend this hotel to all sorts of visitors. The only thing that can be better is the food. I would give 4 points out of 5 for the food, it can be more delicious and special as well as the cocktails in the bars, but maybe it’s because of the “all inclusive” type of the service."

"Worst view I’ve had from my balcony-just white brick wall! Bathroom stunk of sewerage so bad one day could really use it. Had to get up 730am to get a sunbed and still very few left then!!! Not enough beds round pool area. Very packed and loud on the evenings and just karaoke and disco after 10pm! Not worth the money I paid"

"We are here on vacation. The facilities are great, but the service and management are terrible. 1. We booked an ocean-view room but were given a room with a roof view instead. The ocean view was completely blocked. We were told we couldn’t change the room because there were no available rooms. We had to stay in the roof-view room for one night until a proper ocean-view room became available the next day. No price difference was refunded, and we only received some snacks and a bottle of wine as compensation. 2. While we were sleeping in our room, a hotel staff member entered without our permission. This happened at 7 p.m., even though the room had already been cleaned in the morning and we did not hang a “cleaning required” sign on the door. We were extremely angry as this left us feeling shocked and unsafe. When we reported this to the front desk, they claimed that rooms are cleaned twice a day, which sounded strange since we’ve never encountered this policy at other hotels. We are unsure if this explanation was true. 3. The phone in our room was unable to connect to the front desk for three consecutive days. We reported the issue on the first day and were told it would be fixed, but it remained broken until we left. We never saw any maintenance staff come to repair it. Each time we needed to contact the front desk, we had to go downstairs."

"I recently stayed at this hotel and noticed a few areas for improvement: 1. There was loud noise from what seemed like an exhaust fan outside, requiring the balcony door to be closed for quiet. 2. The room was very humid, and I hope the hotel can add a dehumidifier system. 3. There were too few power outlets, and the ones near the bed were awkwardly placed behind the bedside table, making them hard to reach. 4. The hotel had a noticeable damp smell in both the rooms and hallways, and ventilation was necessary to reduce it. 5. The Wi-Fi was slow and unstable, which was inconvenient. 6. As for the restaurant, the food tasted average, with the grilled meats being too salty. It would be great to see more breakfast variety, especially in terms of bread and sugar-free yogurt options."

"Good location. Have a lot activities to do. The staff are nice and helpful. The beach is perfect and beautiful to swim and walk around and the food and wine is also really good here."

"人生の終わりが近づいたとしても、きっと思い出すホテルだと思います。 それほどまでに、心に残る素晴らしい滞在でした。 何よりも、スタッフの皆さんのホスピタリティが本当に最高。一つひとつの対応が丁寧で温かく、「歓迎されている」と心から感じられました。 お部屋からの眺めも最高で、時間を忘れて見入ってしまうほど。 他の口コミで「建物が古い」と書かれているのを見ましたが、まったく気になりません。むしろ手入れが行き届いていて、とても綺麗で快適でした。 アメニティはフェラガモで、質も香りも素晴らしく、使うたびに気分が上がります。 また、お水のボトルが大きいのも地味に嬉しいポイントでした。 今回はこのホテルで年越しを迎えることができたのも、忘れられない思い出です。 年越しという特別なタイミングだったからか、可愛いぬいぐるみのプレゼントまでいただき、心が温かくなりました。 すべてにおいて満足度が高く、また必ず戻ってきたいと思えるホテルです。 自信をもっておすすめします。"
