The hotel is close to restaurants, entertainment, and shops. Staff are very friendly. Guess room is spacious and clean, although the bathroom fixtures are a little outdated. The ocean is clear and calm. They will offer guests free breakfast and spas after check-in, in turn to attend a time-share presentation. After we politely but firmly declined the offer; they did not push again through our stay.

硬件出色，服務令人失望 硬件條件非常好，是酒店區最新的酒店。Roof Top的景色絕佳，左邊是加勒比海外海，右邊是瀉湖，陽光照耀下能看到5/6種不同顏色的藍和綠色，非常美。 酒店不是All Inclusive，所以比較安靜，這點對我們來説是優點。 但軟件（服務）拉胯！ 1. 下了Didi熟食單，提前跟前台打了招呼，前台説不給放冰箱，可前台10步之外就是吧枱和餐廳，完全不合理。 2. 飛機早上7點抵達，7:30到達酒店，前台告知不能提前check in，必須等到下午3點，太教條。但為什麼航空公司的人就可以提前入住？ 3. 要毛巾催了2次，等了40分鐘；要面巾紙催了3次，最後自己去找的服務員。 4. 洗澡的把手是斷的，維修也不及時。 5. 枕巾上面有黃色的水印和斑點。 住了5天，硬件確實不錯，但服務太差，下次會選擇別的酒店。

Tôi thực sự rất thích ở lại khách sạn này. Phòng của tôi có một số con kiến ​​rất nhỏ ở khắp mọi nơi. Các tầng trong phòng của chúng tôi cần được chú ý thêm. We went to Cancun to end our honeymoon. We were greeted with a massive smile from all the hotel staff. Merary kindly checked us in. She saw we were on our honeymoon and very kindly upgraded us to an incredible room with the swim up pool. The room was stunning. We could chill in the pool whilst facing the beach. Not only did we get an upgrade we arrived at our room which had been decorated with balloons on the bed and the word love written with ribbon. We were also given a little cake too. The staff for our whole stay could not do enough for us. The food and drink options available were amazing! So much choice for both. The bar at night could have maybe done with another member of staff serving as we were waiting a long time for drinks but was worth it. The location   of the hotel is perfect for the beach but also being so close to many other restaurants and bars in La Isla. Would 100% recommend this hotel.

To start with, this wasn’t my first trip to Cancún, and I’d stayed at a few hotels there before—I’m talking about budget options that were still in good locations. This time, I chose Crystal Cancún; it was much more expensive than the other hotels, even though the difference in location wasn’t that significant. For some reason, when I booked the hotel, (Trip.com) it was listed as all-inclusive, but it turned out not to be. Upon arrival, the hotel asked me to pay an additional $600 USD for the all-inclusive package for 3 nights. The room I was staying in had a door leading to the neighboring room where other people were staying. It was open. There was absolutely no soundproofing. The window facing the street didn’t close tightly, so you could hear everything. But I’d like to give a special thanks to the staff and the housekeeping team. The service was excellent.

Buen servicio, me dejó a desear muchísimo la comida, más de 2 horas de espera para los restaurantes, el de sushi muy rico y el de carnes también después de la espera lo demás no me gustó la playa muy bonita siempre fue bandera roja la vista muy bonita desde el cuarto vi el amanecer. Calidad precio está bien a secas.

We took our family vacation to cancun and stayed at Krystal Grand Cancun. We booked an all inclusive package which was amazing as we could eat at any of the 5 restaurants for free and drink for free. The 24 hour restaurants provided pastries 24 hours a day which is convenient as we had tours that ended after midnight. Room service was good and the daily cleaning services kept the rooms cleaned. The beat service is the direct access to the beach with free towels and beach tents meant more time relaxing enjoying the beautiful carribean sea
