the place is a little bit out if you are on business. I will say, it's good for family probably looking for a quiet place. The breakfast is far from your room, you have to take a bit of walk and considering it's hot season, you will find yourself sweating but the place is good for a family looking for a quiet place.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 – A Perfect Stay, 100% Satisfied! We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Tianmu Lake Yuhu Peninsula Hot Spring Hotel (天目湖御湖半岛温泉酒店). From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and welcoming. The room was beautifully clean, spacious, and well-equipped, with a breathtaking view of the lake and surrounding nature. The hot spring facilities were fantastic — relaxing, clean, and a true highlight of our stay. A very special thanks to 御湖半岛管家曾怡 (Butler Zeng Yi), who provided outstanding service throughout our stay. She was attentive, kind, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Her professionalism and warm attitude truly made our trip memorable. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and luxurious getaway in Liyang. We are 100% satisfied and will definitely return in the future! 為了正宗天目湖魚頭湯來到溧陽，選擇住在天目湖賓館，老母親想要看湖光山色，提前團的湖景房套餐性價比很高，房間很大，乾淨衞生，還送了歡迎水果及飲品。早上七點多出門坐車，中午11點半到酒店辦住宿，門口兩個師傅特別熱心，幫忙拿行李，指引我們去坐直梯。臨走打車時下雨了，師傅幫我們打傘，對我老母親也是照顧周到。到酒店第一頓，就是去魚緣餐廳喝正宗天目湖魚頭湯，雖然比外面貴很多，但真是鮮美啊！酒店位置很好，出門坐73路很快就能到南山竹海。門口就是天目湖山水園（不建議去玩，沒啥玩的，特別是千萬別坐船去龍興島）。酒店自助早餐食材豐富，門口風味小館裏的扎肝味道不錯，由於人少吃不了一整份，服務員很貼心幫我們單獨點了兩個扎肝。由於是在景區，訂外賣稍顯不便。整體入住體驗很棒哦！

The hotel is very nice and it's like a unique experience. We stayed in the family themed room. My booking had the hotspring and welcoming fruit included. The place is huge as a resort with different restaurants, hot spring, and many activities. There are other hotels but I believe this one is the best among them. Coco from the reception speaks perfect English and guided us to the room. Kevin is also very helpful he took me to the Japanese restaurant to check the menu, and made sure I had a comfortable stay. Honestly great service.

酒店是小型的高檔酒店，房間設施非常好，設計也很別緻。服務也可以。服務人員大部分應該都是本地人，很親切，像回家。特別是温泉的徐姐，真的很好很好，泡温泉期間一直在為我們端茶送水送毛巾送水果，真的太好了！謝謝啊！温泉很乾凈，就是有點冷囧，女更衣室需要一個地墊，不然換衣服的時候腳冷。 有幾個小建議： 1.餐廳上菜用的盤子在大冬天的時候需要加熱一下，不然菜很快就冷了，廚房出餐口味好，但冬天吃冷菜不舒服。 2.早餐收桌是否可以別把推車推到客人身邊，一邊吃飯一邊看着一車殘羹剩飯和臟盤子是實在倒胃口。如果可以用託盤收臟盤子會比較雅觀，並且餐廳場地其實不大，並不會增加多少工作量。 3.冬季走廊的空調要調温暖一點，並且經過走廊的服務員要注意關好和户外相連的門。 4.房間裏紙巾不夠用，洗手枱旁邊沒有紙巾，最好增加一個方便客人使用。 5.歐舒丹的洗髮水和護法素真的一如既往地差……可以感到酒店是想為客人提供優質洗護用品的，但歐舒丹真的，讓人無力吐槽🙄額。 6.酒店的小酒吧裏沒服務員，無法點到，想喝酒和咖啡沒喝到……🤷♀️ 當然，服務人員工作都很主動很熱情，就是作為一家小型的精品酒店，一些細節可以做得更好一些。 總的來説是家不錯的酒店。

💯The lady who checked us in on Day 1 was very good, but the staff did not wear any name tag so I can’t remember her name. We found that she is the only one who was prompt and alert to guests needs. She helped upgrade us to a room that is more handicap friendly, as my husband was on crutches. She also helped us order takeaway using her private mobile phone when the restaurant on site was closed for lunch as we had no china mobile phone number to order take away. 💯The location is great by the lake and near the Tianmu Lake scenic park. 💯Outdoor hot spring staff on duty are attentive and polite. She even instructed the buggy driver to the nearest point to pick us when she noticed that my husband had difficulty walking. However the buggy driver did not pick us from the recommended point as she gave the excuse that her buggy driving skills are not good enough. Therefore we had to walk a longer way to be picked up, which puzzled everyone as there was more than enough space and a road for buggy entry…. ❌ Not enough staff, especially at dinner and breakfast. Food is slow to come at dinner even though we pre-ordered. Waited 30 mins and more. Staff are loud clearing the crockery, and had no sense of regard for those still dinning. ❌tour groups arrive in the evening by the bus load. The hotel did not feel premium with the crowd who were very loud. ❌the private hot spring in the room only had a fixed temperature of more than 40 degrees which made it very uncomfortable when the external temperature is more than 30 degrees. The solution was to mix it with cold water via tap, which was very slow and impractical. The hot water needs to be filled up by the staff, and you have to call them. ❌not suitable for those with difficulty walking or elderly. ideal to have your own car. 🤔Overall, I did not feel that I made a good choice with this booking. There are others private hot spring room near Yu Shui hot spring / Bamboo sea area for a better value and premium feel. 🫥I would also caution against the 100 yuan fish coupon - it is a discount coupon to offset about a third of the price of the dish, not a complimentary coupon for a fish head casserole. I did not receive the welcome gift so I can’t comment. The public hot springs has 4 pools.

Nice hotel with tidy, spacious, and modern rooms. Breakfast time ends too early at 9:30 am and has limited selection but still okay.
