Tiếc là tôi không thể làm thủ tục nhận phòng trên ứng dụng nên phải xuống sảnh để làm thủ tục. Tuy nhiên, thủ tục trả phòng thì lại được và cực kỳ tiện lợi. Phòng không được rộng rãi lắm vì có chiếc giường lớn xung quanh nên rất lý tưởng cho khách du lịch một mình. Vòi sen có thể tốt hơn nếu áp lực nước mạnh hơn, nhưng đó là sở thích cá nhân của tôi. Bữa sáng khá ổn, đồ ăn có thể được cải thiện hơn.

We spent a long weekend at this hotel. First, a free local shuttle express bus takes you from Logan Airport to Back Bay Station, which is just a four-minute walk from the hotel entrance. Check-in was smooth, friendly and efficient, and we were given our requested room. Our room was spacious and well-equipped, with a fantastic view over Boston Bay. It had a spacious seating area, a large flat-screen TV, a full size in-room fridge, a spacious rain shower, and ice stations on each floor. The bed and bedding were of high quality, and there was a selection of pillows to choose from. One of the most impressive features of this hotel is the in-room security safe, which is rare in many US hotels. There are also excellent food and beverage facilities on-site, and an extensive room service menu. The housekeeping was of a high standard, and complimentary water was provided each day. If you haven’t already, I highly recommend signing up for the Marriott Bonvoy awards programme in advance of your stay. This will give you free WiFi for your entire stay. The hotel is located in downtown Boston, with easy access to Back Bay and Copley Square metros, the Boston Public Library, Prudential Centre, and many other facilities such as supermarkets, restaurants, and cafes. I would highly recommend this hotel.  

Отличный новый отель. Номера небольшие, но все очень комфортно! Удобная большая кровать прямо у окна с видом на город (при заселении можно выбрать низкий или высокий этаж и вид - на город или нет). Регистрация удобная Душ и вся сантехника новые, все супер. Современный телевизор Свет, кондиционер, телевизор и пр. Управляется с планшета, что тоже очень удобно. Есть два вида штор - блекаут и от яркого солнца. Район удобный - можно быстро добраться до Кембриджа, до Даунтауна пешком 15 минут. , тропа Свободы также находится рядом Отель находится в здании автовокзала, но народу немного и это соседство не ощущается. Зато рядом есть большой фуд-корт, огромный супермаркет где огромный выбор всего, в том числе алкоголя и готовой еды. Также через дорогу - литл итали, где много вкусных ресторанчиков и баров. В общем, мы очень рады, что выбрали этот отель.

I highly recommend this hotel! I stay at various hotels throughout the world and thoroughly enjoyed this hotel. Staff were attentive and respectful, room was spacious, bathroom was spacious for a city hotel, everything was clean and location was great for many sites, drivers and subway/metro. I’m originally from Boston and Hotel Indigo will be top on my list for return visits. Comfortable bed, easy air con to adjust, plenty of towels. I always clean items like the remote control, phone and light switches with sanitary/bleach wipes before using them. I didn’t notice any dirt when cleaning these items…credit to the hotel’s hard working cleaning team! Thanks to the front desk team for an easy early check in and a quick check out!

Quy trình nhận phòng diễn ra suôn sẻ, nhân viên thân thiện và nhiệt tình. Phòng sạch sẽ và được bảo dưỡng tốt, có giường thoải mái và các tiện nghi thiết yếu. Tuy nhiên, một số khu vực có thể cần cải thiện—đôi khi có tiếng ồn từ hành lang và kết nối Wi-Fi hơi không ổn định. Bữa sáng có nhiều lựa chọn, mặc dù có thể đa dạng hơn. Bầu không khí chung rất nồng hậu và khách sạn cung cấp giá trị tốt so với giá cả. Tôi sẽ cân nhắc ở lại đây một lần nữa nhưng sẽ đánh giá cao một số nâng cấp nhỏ về dịch vụ và tiện nghi.

立地がいい。Northstationは2路線使え、グリーンラインでフェンエイパーク、ボストン美術館、ボストンビューへ一本。TDガーデンも徒歩5分。空港へ繋がるブルーラインBowdoin駅も近く。地下鉄は階段しかないのでトランク移動に乗り換え無しはありがたい。シャワーのお湯は数分待てば出るし、部屋に冷蔵庫、中に水のボトル、コーヒーメーカーも置いてありました。一階フロント前には水と果物入りの水、フルーツ、朝だけコーヒーもあり。部屋の傷や歪みはありましたが、私は気になりません。デザインはおしゃれホテル。お掃除も綺麗にしてくれました。

I got two nights stay at the hotel. My experience was fantastic from check in to check out. I arrived a little before lunch as I was transferring from Westin right next door so I wasn’t sure if I had to wait until 4pm for checkin. The front desk staff took me in pleasantly without a fuzz, very thankful for that especially when I’m on a tight travel plan. The room was very spacious and clean plenty of clean bathroom supplies, shower was awesome with just the right water pressure. The only thing I would suggest is to just leave the complementary bottle water in room (especially during the summer season) as opposed to having to pick up at front desk (which I wasn’t aware until my friend told me who was also staying at the same hotel). However the room does have two bottles of water but they are priced. I did notice that the internet is not free if you are not a Marriott member (not sure if it’s a norm now days but I think Westin was free for hotel guest and both are under the same hotel Group, but it stood out in my experience with the Hotels as I just completed two weeks of travel right before the stay), so at Checkout I asked to ensure my member number is associated with my stay and the gentleman at the front desk kindly confirmed that the internet charge will be removed on final billing. That was a peace of mind for me. Very thankful again. Overall a comfortable stay and will revisit!

Mất khoảng 15 phút đi bộ đến một số điểm tham quan nổi tiếng ở Boston. Môi trường chung của khách sạn cũ và trông rất lỗi thời. Dịch vụ lễ tân ở mức trung bình. Tôi đã đặt một chiếc giường cỡ lớn 1,8 mét, nhưng khi vào phòng, tôi phát hiện ra đó là giường 1,5 mét. Tôi bỏ cuộc vì tôi vừa mới xuống máy bay và cần phải thích nghi với tình trạng lệch múi giờ và tôi chỉ ở lại hai đêm. Nhân viên giữ xe ở cửa cung cấp dịch vụ tốt. Trên thực tế, có những khách sạn có cùng mức giá ở gần đó, vì vậy cá nhân tôi không khuyên bạn nên ở lại khách sạn này, trừ khi bạn đặc biệt thích Sheraton.

Is an old hotel with full of character. Lift is a mixed of modern and old. It is well situated, across the road is a huge supermarket. Amtrak train station is just 5 mins walk away. Room is a little small and the Aircon cannot be controlled. Shower water pressure is good. Best thing I like is a big kitchen with microwave and coffee machine. Even a 5 star hotel do not have this. Checked in and out is super easy. Overall I like this hotel.

Location of hotel is great! Near to Newbury shopping street and Prudential subway station. Hotel is clean and staff were friendly and helpful! Room was spacious and housekeeping was good too. Only negative experience was I can hear other guest rooms doors opening and slamming close early in the morning. Other than that, my entire experience was awesome in the very comfortable room!
