Citizenm Boston North Station

citizenM feels a bit more fun and welcoming compared to other modern hotels. The rooms are still on the smaller side, but they’re super comfortable, especially the big bed that takes up most of the space. Everything is controlled with an iPad—lights, blinds, TV—which is actually pretty cool once you get used to it. The lobby areas are a highlight, with lots of space to hang out, work, or grab a drink. It feels more social than your typical hotel. Overall, it’s a great pick if you like a stylish, relaxed vibe without spending too much.

The place is really nice, it was decorated all around and had greats lighting and sceneries. The rooms are also really cozy and have a lot of stuff like a small fridge, hair dryer, cabinets, you can customize the lights in the shower and the blinds with an IPad and the tv facing the bed is really nice. Furthermore it’s pretty quiet there. Awesome place, really worth it for the price

I am very upset with the hotel. My son stayed in this hotel for 7 nights. 5 out of 7 nights he has been sick, staying in the hotel most of the time. He has had fever and terrible cold. My aunt called the hotel a day before the check out date and the hotel understood the situation and allowed him to stay till 2 pm on the check out date so he can rest a bit before traveling to the airport. But now the hotel just said that they won’t allow him to stay till 2 pm unless he pay for late check out fee. The lady who served us also said she will note the front desk on this ask. Apparently there was no note left at the front desk. Now to solve the immediate issue, we called the front desk and told the situation. The front desk still insisted to charge. At this point, as a mother, I will definitely pay for the extra hours my son could stay to rest. But the hotel doesn’t seem to care about this. I am very upset and sad to see this kind of response from the hotel. We asked earlier and now the hotel changes their mind. They will charge him USD 80. Have you ever been sick and can’t even go out? I have never experienced the poor response from the hotel. Can HOTEL MANAGER CONTACT ME. I THINK THIS IS THE WORST RESPONSE. The hotel numbers listed in the web is useless. I was calling from outside the US and on hold for 30 minutes.

房間蠻乾淨的，設施也很新，也有公共休息區，提供氣泡水，整體服務很到位。 美中不足是我們定了4天3晚，第2天是不可以預約保潔服務的。

暑期太多到波士頓研學的孩子，酒店價格也是水漲船高。房間是小的，14平米，一個人住是靈活的。位置還可以，但樓下是TD garden，人多人雜，街道的衞生狀況一般。

房間內的設施設備比較完善，客服服務的態度也很好，酒店的地理位置挺好好的去哪裡都很方便，價格也很便宜。

房間有點小，但位置很便利，下樓就有綠線和橙線可以坐，步行去周邊都很方便！也許趕在畢業季，所以價格比平時貴很多
