Initially we booked the wrong night by mistake. I immediately had sent letter to the host, just 2 minutes after that mistake. And at first, host said, that they would refund without any problems, but after that he turned down our ask for refund and offered only date change, which was the problem, because the price was 2.5x more on the dates, that we needed and we would never stay at the place so expensive. In the end we had to make additional payment to stay for only one night, just to not loose the first money transfer. And host refused to talk about why he changed his initial position and what is wrong with the refund 2 months prior to the stay. Even that we had assured him, that it was really a mistake (confused ”mar” and ”may” in the app) and sent him our plane tickets,. He also told us, that he can't give us refund, because he prepared the room and because of the booking he couldn't rent room to another person and lost money, which I find highly unlike, since the first response from him was very quick and the wrong booking was made 2 hours before midnight, so it's very unlikely, that someone else would rent it. Overall, I don't think that it could be considered as hospitality. The place itself is nice, if booked for an appropriate price. Don't expect luxury, but a simple, spacious room with a balcony and a view on the road and trees.

Bố trí phòng khách rất thú vị, trang trí theo phong cách phương Tây. Ngôi nhà nhỏ, nhưng thực ra có một tiền sảnh nhỏ. Phòng tắm không được phân chia thành khu vực ướt và khô. . . N*** khi nhìn vào những viên gạch, bạn có thể biết rằng họ đã thuê một đội trang trí người Trung Quốc 😛 À, và cà phê được phục vụ tại sảnh từ 3 giờ chiều đến 9 giờ tối, và miễn phí cho khách sạn. 4. Ăn uống và mua sắm: Nếu bạn ở trong bán kính 500 mét, bạn có thể chọn trước ga JR Hiroshima hoặc phố tàu điện ngầm, nhưng cách này không được khuyến khích. Hiroshima là thủ phủ ẩm thực và là vùng sản xuất hàu số một Nhật Bản. Hàu có chất lượng cao và giá thành thấp, vì vậy để ăn uống và mua sắm, tốt hơn hết là bạn nên đến Hatchobori-cho và Kamiya-cho ở trung tâm thành phố. Có rất nhiều cửa hàng bán hàu để lựa chọn và chỉ cách khách sạn bốn điểm dừng tàu. Tôi chưa bao giờ đến Hiroshima trước đây. Lần này, tôi phát hiện thành phố này thực sự được thiên nhiên ưu đãi, hai bên là biển nội địa Seto, đồ ăn ngon, phong cảnh đẹp, nhịp sống rõ ràng thoải mái hơn Osaka và Tokyo. Tôi chắc chắn sẽ đến đó lần nữa nếu có thời gian, vào mùa hoa anh đào hoặc mùa lá đỏ! Có lẽ đến lúc đó tôi vẫn sẽ sống ở đây. Đừng tăng giá!

The room was very clean but the set up was very awkward with a sink in the bedroom and the shower and toilet separate. It was quite a long walk from Hiroshima station. Closest transport was a tram which isn't covered by JR pass so I ended up paying extra to get to and from the station. You had to collect your own toiletries from reception. Was ok for a night stay but wouldn't stay longer than that as no space to even store a suitcase and had to leave it by the door.

Khách sạn không lớn. Phòng không lớn nhưng được trang bị đầy đủ tiện nghi. Phòng trông mới và rất sạch sẽ. Tuy nhiên, dịch vụ dọn phòng là 4 ngày một lần nhưng họ cung cấp khăn sạch và túi đựng rác trong túi nhựa và treo ở cửa phòng. Tất cả nhân viên từ nhân viên giữ xe, lễ tân và nhân viên bếp đều rất thân thiện. Tiếng Anh được hiểu đầy đủ. Khách sạn cung cấp dịch vụ đỗ xe nâng cơ với mức phí 1000 Yên một ngày. Khá lo lắng khi phải điều khiển xe vào gara chật hẹp. Đêm thứ 2, xe đỗ không đúng cách. Phần này khá phiền phức vì khách sạn phải gọi công ty nâng xe đến để sửa lỗi. Có các bãi đậu xe khác gần đó. Bữa sáng miễn phí tại sảnh đợi bao gồm nhiều loại onigiri, súp miso và thêm 1 loại súp nữa (hành tây/nấm kiểu Pháp). Vị trí hoàn hảo, chỉ cần đi bộ một đoạn ngắn là đến rất nhiều nhà hàng, cửa hàng bách hóa, siêu thị, cửa hàng tiện lợi. Lần đầu tiên thử khách sạn này và nó thực sự tốt. Sẽ quay lại/sẽ thử các khách sạn của họ ở các thành phố khác nữa.

The Washington hotel in Hiroshima is positionally one of the best hotels that I had the pleasure of staying at as it is located directly beside a PARCO and a Don Quijote. In addition to that, directly opposite of the hotel is a Familymart convenience store and there is also a Sukiya positioned behind the hotel. The hotel is also located roughly 15-20 minutes away from Hiroshima station ( by streetcar) and roughly 10 minutes away is a round one stadium. The hotel’s staff were helpful and accomodating and when my friend and I encountered an error with the check in counter, one of the staff dropped what they were doing just to manually check us in. We would recommend this hotel for those who wish to have great convenience at their fingertips along with a very comfortable stay in Hiroshima

Easy to reach on foot from the Hiroshima train station and easy to go anywhere, there’s nearby tram line 2 which can take you to Miyajima ferry terminal or the A Bomb dome. The check in was a bit chaotic as the check in machines had some technical issue, but the staff was kind and tried their best to solve. They let in the room without a key card and then brought key cards within an hour to the room. My room was spacious for Japan standards and quite nice bathroom. Breakfast was included and was a decent selection of Japanese and western food. Though the juices tasted very cheap - from a concentrate. Anyway, the rest was good and they even offer free coffee till noon.

Good budget hotel , unfortunately window facing a wall so room in darkness, they did change me but to a smoking room, not great but a decent hotel and well priced, staff can't speak English

I had a great stay at this hostel! The rooms were clean and comfortable, the location was perfect It felt relaxed from the moment I arrived. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to other travelers!

Location ok, near the tramway, but not the nicest street. The room is very hot, uncomfortable and tiny. And it’s not exactly 2 beds. There’s one double bed and then there’s a very high and uncomfortable stepladder to reach a mattress that is very close to the ceiling. The staff doesn’t speak any English and we had to use Google translation with everyone. We were given the wrong room at first and waited 40 minutes to check-in. The woman didn’t know we had already paid for the room. Then the next day, we asked to leave our luggage before taking the train which they agreed to. And when we returned to gather them, they said they would charge us for this service as we were away for more than an hour. The staff wasn’t very cooperative or nice and wouldn’t let us leave. There is no sign or explanation anywhere about the fact that leaving your luggage is not free. It’s not written anywhere.
