Khách sạn tuyệt vời với một spa Nhật Bản tuyệt vời. Sạch sẽ, tiện nghi và thái độ lịch sự của nhân viên ở mức cao nhất. Buổi tối đến khuya có một phần mì ramen miễn phí, gần SPA cũng có kem miễn phí vào buổi tối, và buổi sáng có một ly cocktail probiotic. N*** cả ở Nhật Bản thì đây cũng là một lựa chọn tuyệt vời với mức giá này.

Khách sạn tuyệt vời với vị trí tốt (cách ga tàu khoảng 7 phút). Thuận tiện cho những người đến bằng tàu hỏa/shinkansen và cả những người đi máy bay. Giá trị tốt so với giá tiền.

Überdurchnittlich großes Zimmer mit 3 schiesschartenartig kleinen Fenstern, deren Verdunkelung wegen defekter Rollos tagsüber nicht aufgehoben werden konnte. Großes Bad mit freistehender Badewanne und Regendusche. Gut ausgestattete Küchenzeile, aber kein Tisch und kein Stuhl, lediglich Sofa und Beistelltisch - also kaum geeignetes Mobiliar um ggf, selbst zubereitete Speisen auch angemessen verzehren zu können. Rigide Beachtung der Check-in-Zeit. Wir mussten unsere Pässe mehrfach vorlegen und anschließend alle persönlichen Angaben vom Geburtsdatum bis zur Adresse selbst in ein PC-Terminal eingeben. Diese Daten waren alle von der Reservierung her bekannt bzw. hätten aus den Pässen ausgelesen werden können. In anderen Hotels waren solche Daten voreingegeben und wir mussten nach deren Kontrolle nur noch unterzeichnen. Das wäre ein Standard, der heute möglicher Digitalisierung entspricht. Auswahl an Amenities ausgesprochen bescheiden. Nur Pulverkaffee verfügbar, keine Dripbags. Für ein Frühstück wurde auf 3 Bahnhof-Cafés verwiesen, die z.T. erst ab 09:00 Uhr offen waren. Die ausgesprochen positiven Bewertungen von anderen Gästen können wir nicht nachvollziehen.

Khi tôi nhận phòng vào buổi tối, họ nói với tôi, ”Chúng tôi có một lá thư dành cho bạn từ người đã nhận phòng trước đó,” và họ thậm chí còn tặng tôi một chiếc đánh dấu sách rất xinh xắn. Tôi đi bộ một mình ở một nơi xa lạ, nhưng lòng tốt của nhân viên đã giúp tôi cảm thấy thoải mái và cho phép tôi tận hưởng việc tham quan. Thực đơn bữa sáng có nhiều món ăn đặc trưng của Hiroshima, và tôi đặc biệt vui mừng khi thấy thương hiệu sữa chua nổi tiếng địa phương, Chichiyasu. Khách sạn này xuất sắc không chỉ về cơ sở vật chất mà còn về dịch vụ. Tôi chắc chắn sẽ ở lại đây một lần nữa khi đến Hiroshima.

2km away from Hiroshima Station but accessible via a local bus no 50 to Takaramachi Kita Bus Stop (3 stops away). I love the room as it is sizeable by Japanese standard. The bathroom n toilet are separated on its own with a sliding door keeping it away fr the main bedroom. Its clean n service staff are super helpful.

Hotel was clean and conveniently located near a family mart. Service was great! We managed to check in and send our luggages with the assistance of the staff smoothly. The hotel gym is 24hrs as well - it is an Anytime fitness gym - fully equipped gym. Very pleased with the equipment inside. You can gain access by going to the front desk for some key card, or you can just use your own AF keyfob. Room however, was very small for 2 packs even with small-mid sized luggages.

Best for families, esp if you are driving to Hiroshima. 1. Kids loved the bunk beds & the stairs- spacious, clean, comfortable, super fun! So much space to chill & unwind. 2. Lower Deck beds- big & comfortable, charging points on the sides, mirrors on sides too. 3. Washing machine within the unit- save money without needing coin laundry. Easy to wash clothes. 4. We got clean towels everyday( you can choose not to accept) 5. Carpark space right outside Hotel so you can move luggages easily & quickly. Love this & will stay in other Fav Hotels in Japan too!

In unit laundry is absolutely amazing. Can pick up some detergent at a 7-11 or FamilyMart next to the hotel for a couple hundred yen that can last you quite awhile compared to the coin ops that easily takes more. Only downside is the full room makeup is done for a charge and that there are a lot of stains on the couch which is very off-putting. The room is smaller than what the picture shows, but thoughtfully laid out carefully with all of the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Location is excellent near the famed Nagarekawa where there is a lot of dining and entertainment. Also a short walking distance to Hondori Shopping Street and the A-bomb dome.
