The room stinks. Like old, like mildew like very nasty Don’t stay here it sucks azz. The parking is unpaved dusty . The bed was terrible. The shower didn’t work. You can find a much better place. The 3 star rating is a lie

I’ve stayed at this RV park twice now and even with different owners I see the motel is all being up graded and the price for RV park is much more reasonable than any in the area. Great weekly rates. PUnless you belong to a club and can park for free somewhere a round here this is the best priced in Spokane. I come from Southern California and I’ll stay here when I’m here next

Nice little village atmosphere. Very quiet, convenient parking, minutes from the airport, shopping and downtown. Very well priced, clean, non-smoking room, pet friendly, family orientated. Lots of areas to walk your dog.

Dirty... bugs everywhere ...old..not maintained...looks nothing like the photos...housekeeper had her entire but hanging out...nice owner..but..it doesn’t make up for it..I’ve been slapping mosquitoes off me for the past two days...really annoying...fried doesn’t even hold milk

Beware.! I have been waiting for five months to get my deposit back. The owner Randy has you make appointment to come back to the motel to pick up the deposit. For most who are traveling this is impossible. He knows this and keeps it, SCAM! I have called to have check send by mail. The manger Josh says he will but never does. I have called back and where is it? The women who answers the phone for the motel (possibly mother or aunt) tells you they don't send out checks by mail. You get the run around. One of the many of times I have came to get my deposit back and no one is in the office, a person who works for the owner says he is being investigated for fraud for this scam.
