"The hotel was clean, staff very friendly and helpful. Spa looked good although didn’t get a chance to use.
We used the concierge to do the Taj Mahal & Red Fort visit and he was excellent. Got us in as one of the first without hassle. Also for a reasonable price. We also used their contact to get a taxi to Ranthambore and they were phenomenal.
Great stay. Great people. Highly recommend."

TTài khoản kháchwe had booked a half board package and the stay and the food were excellent.the reception staff was very attentive and always eager to see to the comforts of the guest. particularly the duty manager Ms Prachi was very helpful and supervised with keen interest and came forward to see that the guests were never inconvenienced. the restaurant staff were always on their toes and in spite of large number of diners , was seen serving with smile and there was no delay in executing the orders. the cooks were also eager to help and prepared dishes that were not placed in buffet. the dinner was good with lots of varieties and was very tasty.

SSilvia GiacobPosto pulito e ben tenuto. Ho soggiornato nel dormitorio misto con 6 letti. Il bagno è privato, condiviso tra le 6 persone, ed è composto da wc e doccia insieme. La pulizia è giornaliera, e sono disponibili carta igienica e salviette di carta.
Il letto è comodo e dotato di una lampadina, una presa di corrente vicino al cuscino e un piccolo ripiano dove appoggiare le proprie cose. Il check-in è stato rapido e il proprietario è gentile e disponibile. A soli 10 minuti a piedi dal Taj Mahal, ottima qualità prezzo. Una buona scelta per un soggiorno semplice e confortevole!

TTài khoản kháchHad a wonderful stay, nice rooms, decent location, my stay was so great due to the staffs they are so welcoming and helpfull. And they have 2 dogs Max and Maya which is damn cute.
The roof top restaurant is insanely pricy in my opinion, 17USD for friend rice which taste just ok nothing specially and plus we in india so like im just shocked.

BBibhasThis was our second stay after 2022-23. This time stay was disappointing primarily due to poor service management. On arrival, no one assisted in picking up or carrying luggage to the room. After check-in, I called for drinking water, but despite repeated follow-ups, it took almost one hour for water to be delivered to the room.
Most of the hotel staff appeared to be completely occupied with managing a marriage ceremony and a conference being held simultaneously at two different grounds within the property. While events are understandable, regular in-house guests should not be made to suffer due to poor prioritization and staffing.
What makes the experience worse is the pricing. The room tariffs are higher than reputed five-star hotels like the Taj in Agra, but the service standards fall far short of even basic hospitality expectations.
I would think twice before choosing this property again.

TTài khoản kháchDriver steals customer money!!! first of all, We had no big issues with Radisson Hotel Agra while staying there for three nights, but we have a story we like to share with future hotel customers to prevent what happened to us happens again to you. after Agra, our next destination is Jaipur, so we asked hotel travel desk to help us arrange car transportation to Jaipur, thinking hotel driver should be more reliable. the travel desk is working with agency called 707 Tours, and they booked a car and driver from Jaipur called Sameer-Travels. we requested stops before Jaipur, one is at Fatehpur Sikri, and second one is at Chand Baori stepwell. the first part of our journey was non-event, but at our last stop at Chand Baori, the driver told us bags were not allowed at the site, and he insisted that we have to leave all bags in his car and he would lock the car and it was safe for us. at the stepwell site, we noticed everybody else carried backpacks with no issue. after 20 minutes visit and back to the car, we noticed right away that our bags were opened and searched, we kept our money in three different places, and each place's money were missing some. the thief tried to make the steal un-noticeable but we noticed it right away. we confronted with the driver and he denied everything. we reported this to Radisson hotel, its travel agency and our hotel in Jaipur. We want to share our story so you will be more careful in your next India journey. I add two photos here for your reference.
