Appreciated the 24 reception services. It is helpful when we travel by public  transport as we can’t control the time.  Very happy with the location as it was very convenient. Breakfast quite healthy. Clean rooms.  Having warm globes and an exhaust fan in the bathroom would be useful .

The Hotel was good last time we checked in, but this time theres a man’s body spray smell when we entered the room. Not sure why. The rest all are good. Hopefully they would include toothbrushes there like myself I forgot my toothbrush last night and shops are closed in a small town.

This motel complex also has an adjoining Chinese restaurant, and it's of a very good quality, better than a few of the other Chinese restaurants in Ballarat that I've tried. The rooms are nice and clean and the check-in is very convenient. Location is right in the center of Ballarat, so close to basically everything. Staff are enormously helpful.

Motel was very clean and well presented but was showing its age mainly in the bathroom facilities.

Had an issue with the bed as it was in quite poor condition. The bed was advertised as a king and was 2xsingle beds adjoined and both beds were sinking in quite badly. Requested for the bed to be changed over after a sleepless night and the new beds were the same quality - ended up having terrible sleep both nights - the new beds may have been even worse than the initial one. Th hotel itself was good, great having the Day Sanctuary within Mercure and close to Ballarat main area.
